Serviceman was very professional, explained what he was doing and why. Took pictures of problematic area's. Asked me if I had any questions before he left.

They never called me for an appointment, so I wouldn’t know. I manage to get other estimates and they’re over priced, so it’ll worked out for the best

Very disappointed with Al’s. Bought a house under contract with them and have renewed, house had been with them around 8 years. I’ve had them come out several times to look at termite issues, they are not great at following up with customers and the termite problems I’ve had them come out for continue to go unresolved and have gotten worse. Currently have termites eating up things and now coming out of the walls, it’s a nightmare.

Edited for response: house was soil retreated less than a year ago, had ppl come out and give no further recommendations several times - most recent visit was within the past month, sent emails with no response... they are eating a hole through the wall and swarming inside.

Spray every season for buck moth caterpillars in my large Oak tree Terry was very friendly, professional and courteous.

Don't know about their service but I can tell you the driver of one of their service trucks was driving extremely too fast (approx 30 mph) down a flooded street (Orpheus Court) in New Orleans at 9:50 am on 10/25/19 pushing water onto the storefronts of businesses. Attached is a picture of Al's service truck as he flew down Orpheus Court upon blowing thru the flood waters.

Sourced the potential entry points from the attic to the inside, but does not seal entry points, which is not even something they'd be willing to do if given permission. Moreover, the sourced entry points were not from the exterior to the attic, so it's not entirely helpful to provide information on where a rodent may be entering from the attic into the house if it cannot be prevented from the outside. I'm sure they've addressed the low hanging fruit by leaving traps, but do not seem all-too interested in addressing the root of the issue.

Inspection was performed around the exterior of the house, No termites detected. The agent explained to me the addition to the concrete near the home needed to be treated and explained the reason. Mr .Terry was professional with his work and helping me to understand what a Inspector looks for in the process of treatment

Service was excellent. Mr. Terry, the technician did an outstanding job. He also informed us of things we could do to protect our home.

They have been taking care of our house for years now and they are punctual, quick and friendly. To the person who said un-professional, I think "friendly" may be a different way to say the same thing. I love supporting the 'mom-and-pop' places left in America!

Al's Pest Control is the company I use for my home and my investment properties. I also use them for the properties we manage for VA, Fannie Mae and bank owned properties. The prices are good and the service is even better! Its great to get the annual call for affordably renewing my termite contract and the home inspection. I wouldn't use anyone else in southeast Louisiana

Very pleased with Al’s. It is very easy to do business with them, everyone is polite and helpful. I had a problem with mice which they completely solved. They just treated for roaches. It seemed very thorough and have faith that problem will also be resolved.

Nicki at Al’s pest control is the absolute best. Always schedules promptly and takes perfect notes of our needs. The only bad experience I ever had with als when she was on vacation. She’s a gem!

They took care of the termite treatment without me being there. I forgot my dog door was open and they called me. I was able to ask my neighbor to block my dogs in and they finished the job. Also they worked around quite a few obstacles around my house. Not to mention they were also professional.

These wonderful people are professionals from start to finish! I had a serious flea problem, being next to the racetrack. I still saw evidence from fleas after the initial treatment, and they returned and did another complete service at no charge! They had very positive attitudes as well. I will be telling all of my friends in New Orleans.

Hands down, the best pest control company that I have ever worked with!! I cannot say enough about this company and its employees. The staff are courteous, punctual, fair, and honest. I worked with Chris, specifically, and he goes above and beyond what is asked for him. If he notices a problem, he brings it to your attention immediately - even problems with the house that are unrelated to pest control. He is extremely knowledgeable! I would recommend this company to everyone!

Terry showed up right on time to spray my oak tree for buckmoth caterpillars. He was friendly, efficient and got the job done! Also answered a question unrelated to the tree job. Would recommend this service without hesitation.

The technician showed up for the 1st appointment and did a quick spray of our house. He didn't move or ask us to move anything, he just sprayed it ir sprayed around it. We saw no change in the roaches or mice. 6 weeks later when the technician showed up for my "free follow-up" the office called and said there was a charge for the visit. After trying to explain that another employee gave me different information she was rude and indifferent. She called her technician to leave without finishing the treatment. On top of all of that the chemical smell was so bad in our house we had to take our dogs and leave. Very disappointed in this company and their lack of professionalism.

Terrible company. Rats in my house with my baby & The technician they sent was awful. He didn’t even try. Didnt care at all. Wasn’t helpful & their services were a waste of money. Nothing they did worked, considering they pretty much did nothing. Al’s just put one box outside & sprayed poison….. Never looked for holes at all. Went with another company and they are so professional and helpful. Everything opposite of Al’s. Go with LaJaunies!!!!

Al's gives thorough excellent service. I get my oak tree sprayed every spring and they always alert you when it's time, come out and do a professional job, and the price for service is manageable. Job well done!
