The men who cleaned the windows were great. They gave us an invoice and we paid it. Subsequent to that we got an email saying we owed $50. More. Total rip off. Will use someone else in the future.

The Andrews team arrived on time and ready to get started. It was clear from the start that these are people who take pride in their work. Their new (to us) ladderless system got all the outsides throughly clean and spot free, even for the windows that are high up and awkward to reach. Working the inside, Sylvester just got started and stayed focused on the work, without a lot of breaks or unnecessary conversation. His focus on getting a good result is inspiring. We will call on them again for sure.

If you need anything cleaned, Grit Out is the way to go. Grit Out power washed my house and it looks brand new. They're professional, timely, affordable, and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

A roofing company you can finally trust! They’re local, reputable and will complete the job as promised. You get what you pay for!

As I started filling out this review, there was not a box for siding. That tells it all. I was told that they specialize in roofing and siding. No, they do not specialize in siding. Even though, it eventually turned out ok, I should not have had to send pictures, call, text, or email as many times as I did to get things corrected. The service was siding.

Requested a quote, showed up unannounced, took tarp off without permission, now it’s blowing all over the place. Who gets on a roof without permission? Called office& haven’t gotten a call back.

The owner called & apologized& also sent a crew out to correct the issue in 72 hours. Issue was resolved.
