The gentlemen from Mackie One did a terrific job on our roof. Our specific crew--Frank, Ashton, Earl, and Wop--were not only reliable and efficient, but extremely kind and a joy to meet. It's no surprise that Mackie One has been around since 1965. As native New Orleanians, we are proud to be able to support a locally owned business that is passionate about their trade.

Great Team, professional, clean, on time and takes detail in both projects we had with Mackie 1. The team replaced two roofs and siding. Highly recommend.

They did a great job. They were however LATE on multiple occasions without communicating this. They were late coming to the estimate and they were a day late coming to fix the roof. I am giving them a bit of leeway because they did apologize, the pricing is reasonable, the job is well done and things happen that can cause delay. It would, however, be nice to get a phone call regarding the delay.

I think that the communication can be improved and it shouldn’t knock their 5 star rating and their good work.

I was very pleased with the workman arriving on time and their attention to the CDC guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic, (social distancing and face masks). The quality of the work was exceptional. They made sure that the materials aligned with the prior materials as well as paint colors.
The work was done in a timely manner and did not interfere with my daily routine. I would recommend Mackie One Construction to anyone in need of their services.

First they came by to give estimate and I feel asleep so I missed them, or so I thought. They did there inspection and went back to the office to prepare the estimate. I called and they said we'll have an estimate out tomorrow, I said perfect. Folks I decided after getting three estimates to go with Mackie One Construction and I'm glad I did. Not wanting to make contact during Covid-19 they stayed away from me and that's how I preferred it to be, they did the work on a timely schedule and professional manner and I'm completely satisfied with the work. They cleaned up after the work so I didn't need to worry about nails and such. Folks I live on the west bank of New Orleans and I say without question I'm a satisfied customer !

This is my honest review based on my experience with Mackie One Construction. Recently I had a fortified roof installed by Mackie One Construction. The owner was very professional. He took out time to address concerns I had regarding my roof installation process. I commend him for that. He was very patient, and knowledgeable and was at the the job site at the beginning to make sure everything was as it should be. The contractors were prompt and their workmanship was excellent.
There was not one sign debris left behind. At the end of the project The owner came back to the job site to make sure my husband and I was satisfied. By the way, the price could not be beat and believe me, I shopped around. This is the epitome of what a business should look like. I recommended my son who is now a customer. I would not hesitate to recommend again.

did in my roof. Melissa was very prompt and thorough in keeping me informed every step of the way. The workers arrived at 8:00 Am began working cleaned up after themselves like nothing was ever done. Second crews arrive the next day to do their part finished in a timely manner. The work is impeccably. I will highly recommend Mackie One if you need a roof replacement.

Very pleased with Coit Cleaning & Restoration! I had no idea that I purchased this expensive sofa that is labeled a Code S; meaning it can only be cleaned with solvent-based cleaners—not water-based methods. My sofa can’t be steam cleaned 😩! So basically I needed a company that essentially did mobile dry cleaning. My husband & I called around to various other companies that did not offer this service; and then we found Coit! They sent someone out the next day for a consultation at no charge. After discussing pricing and methods, they were prepared to do the cleaning right then! They were personable and professional! It was a very no-hassle experience! Glad we found this company that had the materials and equipment to get the job done!

Just got quoted $900-1,000 to clean a 5’x8’ area rug…I thought I misheard so I asked again and that’s their price. Meanwhile every other company has been quoting me $100-$150.

I cannot recommend COIT Cleaning and Restoration enough. The company communicates very well with their customers, which is key for me! We used them in early 2021 when my husband and I had a bad case of COVID. They came in their protective garments and cleaned our home. We felt so comfortable letting guests and our grandchildren back into our home. We also used them recently to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. The technicians were again very cordial and prompt. They quietly did their work and cleaned up after themselves. I am also a realtor and never hesitate to recommend COIT Cleaning and Restoration to my clients for all of their cleaning needs. Highly recommend this business!

I contacted Hunter with Coit cleaning to clean and fill my kitchen travertine floors. Their scrubbing machine broke while cleaning the floors but they continued to fill the gaps of a dirty floor. I sent the owner messages telling him that they were filling a floor that still had dirt.i spoke to him about this on the phone as well.
Unsurprisingly, the fill started coming out of the gaps in under a year. After months of phone calls, the owner offered to redo the floors if I paid for the materials. This solution is unacceptable as I paid for it to be done correctly the first time. I expect for the floors to be cleaned and refilled at no charge.
