Mike was extremely professional and thorough, as well as very timely in getting a very grimy area around my pool deck clean. He explained what he was going to do ahead of time, communicated very well, and gave me some tips for maintainence afterward. We live near Audubon Park and booked Uptown Pressure Washing for a full exterior cleaning. They soft washed the siding, surface cleaned the front steps, and even removed rust stains on the driveway. We hired Uptown Pressure Washing for a property in Old Metairie and they did an incredible job. They soft washed the entire house (siding), surface cleaned the driveway, and removed the mold that had been building up on the north side of the house. The driveway also had some mold and stains, and now the concrete is a clean light grey again. The outside of the gutters were super dirty but came out bright white, and the windows are super clean with no streaks. They also cleaned the back porch and even moved the patio chairs we forgot to take out of the way.
The results are amazing — the siding looks fresh, the concrete is bright, the windows shine, and the whole place feels like it got a complete refresh. My business partner even said it looks like we gave the property a makeover. The crew was polite, professional, and careful with the landscaping while working.
