False advertising from the start. Lied about the price and I guess the technician was supposed to convince us to do it anyway. I do not recommend dealing with these people.

Tyler came out today to check and clean our chimney. He did an awesome job, very polite and clean and most of all he listened to our concerns and gave us advice about how to move forward with our issues. I would highly recommend this company and Tyler.

I was really impressed with the response time from the time I requested the service. Definitely impressed with the service Tyler displayed. He arrived within the allotted timeframe. Tyler was very polite and professional. U can send him back any day. The dryer vent was in an enclosed space, which I thought would be a problem. It wasn’t. The outside vent was on the roof, which I thought was a problem but Tyler took care of clearing the vent with no problem. Tyler did the job well and explained everything to me. It was a really great experience. I would definitely use this company again & highly recommend him.

Tyler Washington is awesome! He showed pics of all the vents before and gave me a great quote. He vacuumed, cleaned and sanitized out my AC and dryer vents all within a few hours. I recently searched for a company to perform air duct cleaning and came across this company advertising a $99 air duct cleaning special.

Before scheduling, both my mother-in-law and I specifically asked whether this was a flat fee and whether there were any additional charges or hidden costs. We were clearly told it was a $99 package with no catch.

However, when the technician arrived, he informed my father-in-law that the special was actually $99 per vent, which is completely different from what was advertised and what we were told over the phone. That is not a special at all. In fact, several other companies in the area charge $50–$75 per vent as their regular pricing.

After this happened, I contacted the company again and was then told the $99 was simply a service call fee for the technician to come out.

Thankfully, all communication was done through text message, so I have clear proof of what was promised. Since the advertised service was not provided as described, I will not be paying anything.

I do feel sorry for the technician having to drive out and make the trip, but this feels like a business model designed to get into your home first and then pressure you into paying for an overpriced service.

This experience felt misleading and not transparent. Pricing should be clearly explained upfront, without surprises, once someone is already at your door.
