Came out when they said they coming, I thought they would take a couple days to take down our big oak tree in the back of our office. They were done in one day, so got them to take down a huge cypress at our yard location. Couldn’t ask for better services.

Was nearly hit by one of their service trucks weaving thru traffic, they were probably 20-25mph over the speed limit and cut me off at 8:35pm today on I-10 in Baton Rouge. Caught the whole thing on camera.

Quick turnaround from calling for estimate to completing the job. Had four tall dead pine trees removed close to power lines. They were very professional, crew was fantastic, work very well together and cleaned it all up after! Great job and I will use them again.

We had a huge oak tree cut down years ago and still has a very large stump that left holes from the roots. We also had some overgrown crepe myrtles. Premier came on time with a full crew. They trimmed the crepe myrtles neatly. The giant stump is gone and the soil neatly graded in the hole. When they finished, there was no mess to clean. All the limbs, leaves and wood chips were gone. There was only some dust that was blown around from the stump grinding. I can’t recommend these guys more highly! Professional, the workers were all courteous and most importantly the job was done perfectly.

I was rear ended by one of their trucks on the highway this week, and it turns out they are uninsured. After the crash, the driver put the owner (Kelly) on the phone, who begged me not to file a claim on his insurance because his rates kept going up (after seeing the other reviews about their wreckless drivers this doesnt surprise me). Of course I wanted to get my vehicle fixed properly, so I got their insurance info and filed a claim the same day. Later that day I got a response from their insurer that they had no coverage because their policy had been cancelled previously, and that there were no other insurers listed for their VIN. I called the business and spoke with Kelly the next morning to discuss, and he lied, telling me that he doesn't know what wreck I was talking about. Fortunately I have the pictures.

These guys are driving wrecklessly all over southeast LA with no insurance. Who knows what else isn't being done properly. I don't trust these guys next to me on the highway. I certainly would not have them working on my property.

Premier Tree Service helped with an overgrown oak tree hanging over my front lawn from the neighbors yard. They trimmed branches hitting my roof and trimmed back limbs and opened up the canopy to let the sun in. I'm looking forward to a healthy lawn in the Spring. I'm very pleased with their service.

Compared to other tree trimming services I’ve used in the past, Premier Tree Service is absolutely the best! I received excellent service from start to finish. The entire crew were all so very nice, respectful and professional. The “lift” was a game changer so that the trees were not climbed to be trimmed. The entire process took a little more than an hour and they cleaned up very well including the pool! The cost was very reasonable and I will definitely use Premier Tree Service again.

Tim and his crew did an amazing job. We had a 50 foot magnolia that was rotting and precariously next to our new house and new fence. His guys were extremely careful with our garden and did an excellent job taking it down. He’s your guy for tree work- he’s communicative, on time, efficient, and conscientious. Five stars!

We had Benton come out for a second time for tree removal. They tackled the big trees effortlessly and were able to complete the job on the same day. Had a great experience with Benton. We hired them for trimming one crepe myrtle and taking down another, and taking down two suspicious hackberry trees. The price was fair, the service was efficient, and Tim Benton was very communicative throughout. Would work with them again in the future.
