Still having issues! I went through my home warranty company... they came with No hose long enough, no Shovel, no gas in the compressor no electric cord etc. This second time I'm on day 8 and after days of excuses, I called a local plumber.
Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with under any circumstance. They promise to show up and then never do. I have been trying to get my repair completed since August! The Home Warrenty company (American Home Shield) is making me use them. It is beyond painful and frustrating. They have stood me up 8 times!
American Home Shield sent them to do some plumbing work to my home. After calling a week they finally showed up to do the work. After 2 Hurricanes they were supposed to cone finish the work and they had all sorts of excuses. My home is still full of holes that they made and never returned to fix. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I normally don't post things on the web but my experience with kings plumbing was one of my worst experience I've had in doing business. They are very unprofessional as far as showing up to do the work. They were contracted to me thru American Home shield. They came by to do a walk thru on what needed to be done, that was 7 days ago and still noone has shown up to do the job. For 7 days they said they were coming and never shown up. My wife missed work waiting on them for 7 days. I'm sorry to say but they will never get my business ever again.....
GREAT TEAM WORK Mr. James guided me through the process of what was going to take place. He and his team came out to assess the issue and gave me the resolution. Once the problem was found, he informed me that he would need to leave and return once the new water heater was available for installation. They returned within a week to remove my old water heater, hauled it away and installed my new one. He instructed me on what he was doing afterwards with running the sinks in the house to be sure the water pressure and heat temp was to my liking. Overall, Kings Plumbing Repair did a great job. I would definitely refer them.
