Sam did an excellent job building our home, was very accommodating and even pointed out some flaws in our plans which we corrected and are really happy with the solution he came up with, I would highly recommend their team to perform your project on your home

Duggan Contractors framed an addition on our home. What was a one car carport was modified with a huge beam to support a second story bedroom and create a two story addition attached to the carport. Also an entry way was created by adding a small room to existing garage to connect the addition to our home. The crew was professional and the work was done in a timely fashion. The inspector who came to look over the framing job (including studs, roof decking and osb) remarked how well the work was done....he was very impressed! Since we are out of the local area, other subcontractors completed the work, with Sam consulting on much of the project. Highly recommended!!

Paul Clark and crew took care of a driveway extension, sidewalk and existing break in old driveway. Excellent work by very professional staff. Definitely the go to guys for concrete work.

Todd Littleton is a great guy to work with. Does what he says he is going to do and does it on time. Precision Builders has done several jobs for Orr Automotive Group and we highly recommend their services.

I want to thank 318 and Will Davis for completing a great job on our property. Will was professional and followed up on every promise that was made. He worked with our adjuster to reconcile the estimate and promptly began the repairs. There were no surprises. The work was completed for contract amount!

Will Davis did the tornado repairs on my home after the tornado hit my yard, fence, carport & patio. Everything was destroyed and Will came with his crews and replaced my house back to the original state. Will Davis is just a professional and a 1st class act. I almost hated to see to see the finish, because I loved visiting with him and the sub-contractors, who were excellent, also.

After several unpleasant encounters with prior construction companies, I am happy to say my opinion has been redeemed throughout my experience with 318 Shreveport. Having Peyton Bogan as my project manager ushered an experience that was nothing short of professional, communicative, and transparent. He made an effort to update me regularly throughout the process, which helped me feel at ease. After the sewage flooding, they were able to restore my home to the status it was before, if not better. I’d confidently recommend Peyton and his team to anyone.

We recently had our porch repaired due to storm damage. This involved metal roofing,concrete floor,replacing post,light fixtures, ceiling fan and a host of other things. We were referred to 318 Construction. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the end results. We were even more pleased with the project manager Peyton Bogan. He did an outstanding job on estimating the damage and supervising the repairs. Kept us informed every step of the way. Very polite, professional young man. Would definitely recommend!

Our house flooded and we had no idea what construction company to get or where to start. We were referred to 318 Construction Company and assigned a Project manager Will Davis. He worked with us from the beginning of the renovation until the end. Throughout the renovation he kept us informed and told us what to expect.
