Very horrible experience. I would not recommend these contractors at all. The price changed after a quote was given, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. The interaction made me extremely uncomfortable and came across as discriminatory. Overall, very unprofessional. Please be careful when choosing who you hire—tread lightly.

Peyton Bogan (and Nathan) did a great job on the repairing of our house after our house got flooded from a busted water pipe and accommodating our requests on the extra work we later decided to do. We not only appreciated his recommendations but Peyton was always there if needed and always answered all our texts. Thank you guys!

We had a water heater in our attic burst and damage walls and floor. 318 Construction has handled the reconstruction with professionalism, timeliness, and excellent communication. When my home flooded, I contacted Servpro to do the clean up. They suggested 318 Construction for the repairs. I contacted Will Davis and he came out and prepared the most comprehensive quote I have ever seen and we submitted it to my insurance company. They accepted it and settled with me then Will and his team went to work. There were very few days they were not on the job and they did some excellent work. I have worked in construction most of my life and I can honestly say this was one of the best run jobs I have seen. Noah was the foreman in charge and all the workers were excellent. A very special thanks to the flooring guy. He was incredible. I would recommend 318 Construction for any job.

Peyton Bogan at 318 Construction is an amazing project manager. He made our insurance claim go so smoothly and stress free. We didn’t have to worry about making calls, pricing things out and battling with the insurance company. He did a final walk thru with us (before final payment) to ensure that we were happy with the finished job. A neighbors tree fell on my home and nearly collapsed the carport, and 318 Construction got high marks from my homeowners insurance adjuster when I mentioned they were the company I contacted for the repairs. I know Will and Noah were incredibly busy following the wind storm that caused the tree to fall, but they ensured the project stayed on track and Will provided timely updates to keep me informed. I went from feeling like everything was literally falling apart to being able to see the project completed. I cant say "thank you" enough for 318 Construction. Thank you for giving me back my home!

I had a water leak in my house that affected a bathroom, hallway and 2 bedrooms. It was a weekend and I was unable to get in touch with my insurance agent so I called ServPro to set up water extraction and fans. On Monday I contacted my insurance and was assigned an adjuster. I was told to continue with the water extraction and to choose a contractor for repairs and have their estimates submitted. I contacted 318 Construction in Shreveport and arranged for them to come out and give me an estimate for repairs. Will and Noah came out and photographed and assessed the damages and prepared the estimates and explained it all to me. They were so nice and helpful. They sent all estimates to the adjuster. My main concern was that I work three days a week out of town. There was a lock box on the door and I was informed by text or a call when anyone was there. I cannot say enough how easy they made the this process go. Will and Noah handled all the communication with the adjuster since he was out of state. They always made sure I understood everything that was taking place. My house repairs are finished and I’m so happy with it. I highly recommend 318 Construction for any repairs and construction you need done. They are such nice and honest people and that is so important when you are entrusting them with your home.

Will Davis worked with me every opportunity he could to coordinate our project with plumbing, etc. He was able to get things started very quickly after our insurance approval and even had his crew come in on a Saturday to finish up in time for me to return to a new school year. Awesomeness!!!

Had a appointment for Monday July 15th 2019 to pour some concrete slabs. They left me high and dry never heard a word from them, I called twice and never received a return call. Can’t trust them, I guess my project was too small got a better one and dropped mine.

Highly recommend, the best workmanship and service! Don’t have to worry because you know it will be done to the highest standards. Great personnel!
