I had water damage to my home & a neighbor recommended I call Jackson Construction. I am so glad I did. Mr Jackson came to house to assess damages. They provided scope of work/quote and worked with my Homeowners Insurance, which I greatly appreciated. I also had them remove couple walls in dining room and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I had damage from a water leak in December 2024, and I took my time finding the right contractor to repair the damage. I decided that if my kitchen was going to need new cabinets, I would remodel the kitchen to meet my needs at the same time. I was concerned more about quality of work and materials than anything else, as my previous cabinets were partially MDF and "melted" when they got wet.

Jackson Construction is wonderful to work with. I had several friends who recommended them prior to my decision to contract with Jackson. Laura, the designer on staff, has helped me pick out all the new materials: countertops, backsplash, appliances, and hardware to name a few. The sub-contractors who have been at my house have been timely, hard working, and neat. Kenneth, the Project Manager, has checked on the progress every day and kept me informed about arrivals of workmen and materials.

Because part of the work is for an insurance claim, the estimator Jeremy has been filing the paperwork with the insurance adjuster, which is a HUGE relief for me.

I am amazed at how fast everything is going. I have friends who used other contractors and had to wait 6+ weeks for cabinet delivery, but my cabinets were delivered in about 2 weeks. Additional cabinetry was needed for the damaged bar. The cabinet people were at my house at 8:30 AM to take measurements, and the cabinets were delivered at lunchtime with installation completed by end of business day.

I am so happy that I contracted with Jackson Construction, and I HIGHLY recommend them.

We hired Jackson to replace our floor after some water damage and also to renovate a couple of rooms. They are easy to work with and they did a great job with our house. They showed great attention to detail and just took care of things. For example, they noticed that an electrical outlet was in the middle of a decorative board and moved the outlet voluntarily.

We have worked with the Jackson team for nearly five years now, they are like family to us. They truly care about their clients. Yes, they work is incredible, but the customer service is incomparable. From communications, to drawing up project plans, the process is seamless.
