Have used Bear's Restoration for multiple projects including full repairs to my home, workshop and deck when they were severely damaged from a 70ft hickory tree falling.

They were very professional in explaining the whole insurance replacement process to me from the start and kept me abreast of the process as they worked thru the claim with the insurance company. All work was top notch and on time. This included roofing, decking, completely rebuilding a workshop, electrical work, fencing and repairs to sprinkler system.

As far as I know they can handle about anything. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I will recommend Prime South Contracting to everyone. The guys at Prime South did everything they said they were going to do. I hired them shortly after my house caught fire.

The whole house had to be gutted and rebuilt.
They re-framed the roof and continued to install some beautiful custom cabinets and vanities. They upgraded my master bathroom to a jacuzzi tub as well.

The customer service they gave me was top notch. All around great experience.

Matt and his team did excellent work. I had the aftermath of a plumbing leak that need to be repaired. They were professional, and the quality of work was terrific. Tim didn’t like the way the textured wall looked so he fixed it, and the carpet that was repaired had a bulge that I didn’t notice that the team did, these two things ended up costing them an extra day. He could have let it go but he did not, this just goes to show that Matt and his team to take pride in their work and make sure the job is done right. I will definitely use them again for any future work I need done.

They fixed my house after a tree fell on it and did a great job! My house had major damage, and they were able to take care of all the work that needed to be done, and pretty much had to rebuild one side of my house. Matt is a great guy and worked to get my insurance to cover the damage, and his crew worked hard to get the work done quickly. Would recommend them for any home repair job!

This is the best company I've ever had the pleasure to hire and we (hubby and I) didn't start out in a good place. We had a major plumbing leak in the kitchen that destroyed a chunk of cabinets and lots of flooring. We first went with another company who kept screwing around and not following through. Deramus was told to us as they are in the same building as another business owner we are friends with. We had no clue how amazing they would be but from the literal first meeting it's been nothing but a pleasure to work with them. Most of my conversations have been with the son and he's a good hearted caring business owner who clearly wants to do the best work and do it right.

We have had a lot of issues so far during this process but with every issue they have come through and proven themselves to be an amazing company. We aren't done with construction yet, but I absolutely cannot wait to see the final result when they are done because these are people who really care about the work they do.
