Servpro of South Shreveport has hired two very competent young men to provide services. Both Ryan and Zahir were professional and provided quality service at a very difficult time. A tree fell on my home during a storm. They came in to do the pack out and the pack in after the renovation was completed! They were prompt, friendly, caring, and careful with my belongings! I pray that Servpro will hire and train others to provide this level of service for others!

I had a water heater tank leak in my attic and all the individuals I have worked with thru ServPro have been professional, polite and understanding. I have worked mainly with Brooke, Sierra & Dan but fleetingly with Shane, Ben and one other lady. All of them have helped me through this crisis empathetically, and consistently addressed my questions and concerns (which were numerous 😉). It did take longer than informed and expected to get an estimate for the work to be completed but ServPro bent over backwards to work with my schedule to get the job done!

when we got our stuff back and guys there, it was not all a good Experience. the person that was nice was Justin. But when Dan had things right he work with Justin and Krystal to make it all turn out for the best. These there Dan,Justin, and Krystal made thing smoother and they were all kind and respect

We used Servpro after 2 trees fell on our house. A lot of Sheetrock had to be removed and the ceiling had to be “contained” until new Sheetrock can be put up. We met several of the employees all of whom were friendly, polite and professional.
Brooke and Nick came to help us several times and did an excellent job.

I had a pipe burst, and had water damage. Brook and CW came to dry it out, and they did an amazing job! Brook and her crew were very professional. They worked with us on times, and everything! They inform us of the process. My husband and I would use this company again! Awesome job!!

We've used SERVPRO twice in the past 4 months! They have been professional, accommodating and detail-oriented, and made it as easy as possible. During the ice storm they had a crew from out of town that did a great job. It was no different when the toilet backed up in our kids bathroom months later... Garrett, Brook, Marcus, Sharron and Kevin did a thorough job. Thanks SERVPRO! Hopefully, we will not need anymore water restoration, but if we do, we certainly know who to call. Highly recommended!

Servpro has been an awesome company. They made a terrible situation so much better. These girls were sweet and so eager to help! You will be lucky if they show up at your house when the need arises! Ty has fielded so many phone calls and just answered anything we had questions about. Megan and Jackaree are great and were full of smiles and ready to help us get packed! This is a great company! I would recommend Servepro to anyone with water damage. They were sweet, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They came to my house after hours to begin the clean up process. UPDATE: I’ve been trying to get a hold of Servpro for weeks now after they completed a job ( after finally coming back to finish what they said they would) I won’t say his name but he continues to ignore my text. Ive reached out numerous times and nothing! I still have not paid my bill in fear they will not send me my final report and I’ve emailed requesting supervisor and said man that said he would send me a final rpt, he will literally read my text and ignore it! He should atleast turn off his read receipt that shows “read” if he won’t respond. I had high hopes for serv pro but it has since gone down hill. His customer svs is terrible and I will continue to text and email so I have proof if someone tries to say I didn’t pay my bill!!!!

Serv Pro did a great job when I had damage from a frozen water pipe in my bedroom. They immediately showed up and cleaned the mess and put a tarp over my ceiling.. with all the water damage they immediately put the water remediation to work and the next day they’ set the fans. They were very professional and although I was very stressed the 2 that came immediately cleaned up everything (I can’t remember their names). Taja came daily to chk the fans to ensure it was drying. Taja and Bobby came back on the 3d day and took all the equipment and explained everything. They were very professional and answered all my questions.I would definitely recommend Servpro

After 66 years of never being flooded, our home and our entire island were hit with a storm surge as Hurricane Helene passed offshore. I contacted ServPro and met their team from Monroe, Louisiana (with help from Natchez, Mississippi) who had come to Florida to assist homeowners and businesses. Their team, headed by Damien Hutchinson with the work crew managed by Krystal, did excellent work in removing wet insulation and drywall, cabinets (after a strong effort to save them), damaged doors, and appliances. They worked hard,
cleaned up at the end of each day, and stayed in good spirits despite long days, heavy traffic, and living in hotel rooms, away from their family and friends. I was particularly impressed wih how polite they were, and with the depth of their work estimate (Not to Exceed) and their final invoice, which was less. I hope to never be in that situation again but if we are, I will immediately call ServPro (and ask for their Louisiana team).
