I want to commend Ty and Van with Servpro Shreveport Bossier. They were so polite, professional and hold high standards in the quality of their work. This is something you don’t see a lot of in today’s world. I do hope they are recognized for their great work ethics and professionalism.

Matt, Brooke & Jesse were the ones who helped me through the clean up after Hurricane Milton. (in Florida) Matt was the Servpro rep that evaluated the damages and set up the process for starting restoration (tear out, fans, dehumidifiers). Brooke & Jesse were the two that worked diligently to speed up the tear out but made sure it was done properly. Brooke came back on Saturday to pick up the equipment so that my contractor could start on finishing the restoration the following week. (this was a business) We are thankful these folks came to FL to help us out here after this disaster!!

The crew arrived quickly and started cleaning up after I had a flood in my house from a broken toilet tank. Brooke, CW and Randall were all super polite and efficient. They reported to me everyday via phone or text when I was not there. They left my home just like I left it when they departed. Everything went smoothly. The clean up was as good as it could be under the circumstances. I am very pleased with the entire crew and the process. I would recommend this company. I am grateful for their service.

We had ServPro out of Shreveport come and assist us when our hot water heater busted and caused damage to our carpets and walls/baseboards. Krystal and Bobby came to do the mitigation job and they were wonderful! It was such a stressful situation but they eased our minds and stress by answering questions (I had a lot!!!) and they did such a good job getting the water out in a short timeframe. They were thorough, but worked quickly to reduce the extent of damage done. So very thankful for them.

Brooke, Manny, and Travis were wonderful! They went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of! I would highly recommend them in the future!!!

The team of Krystal, Bobby & Hope were outstanding in cleaning up after Helene.
We were fortunately away but Krystal was very good at keeping us informed.
We worked with Damien for the estimate and he went to the house several times while the work was being done to address things that were behind the scope of work.
While I never wish for a destructive storm surge on anyone, I strongly recommend them for the cleanup and stabilization.

I need to add to my review. Soon after our house got flooded we had a second storm surge. While less than the first, it required prompt cleanup. SERVPRO was there for us. The team of Krystal (who is an excellent communicator and kept us informed of what the team was doing), Stephen, Colin, and Chance worked quickly and did far more than clean up and stabilize our home including power washing our pool deck.

A special thanks to Damien who worked with us on the estimate and scope of work. He was extremely responsive when we had questions and made several extra trips to the house to address some minor issues. He is a very good communicator and kept us informed throughout both storm surges of the progress and state of our home.

I would strongly recommend using SERVPRO if you ever have a disaster

Cece and Bobby came all the way up from Shreveport to help us navigate through serious flood damage we had in our downstairs floor after a series of storms rose the creek near our house by 18ft. 6 days, and they came by every day with positive attitudes, professionalism, and reassuring experience in dealing with this kind of situation. I highly recommend Servpro for any water damage, demolition, and mold prevention. They know their stuff and were fast to prevent further damage to our home.

The technicians from Servpro in Shreveport worked all last week cleaning from top to bottom the inside of a house we are getting ready to sell. Brooke and Sara were professional and courteous. They seem to take their job seriously and try to do the best they could, with some of their older and well worn equipment they were having to use. Out of the technicians I would choose these two workers over the rest. Not saying the other workers did not work, but they did not seem to take their job as serious as Brooke and Sara. I guess the Shreveport company is limited on how many technicians they can send at one time on a job that is not an emergency. I did not think it would take the full week to finish this project. I believe their work would go smoother and look better if they had better/updated equipment. All in all, it was a good experience. They showed up when they said they would and as I said before were courteous and helpful! 👍🏻

Ryan, Zee, Sarah and Hannah-all of them were awesome!!! Worked relentlessly until the job was finished. Worked as a team. Very friendly and professional. When they returned my things, they took their time to ensure every item was undamaged. They even listened to my husband’s suggestions and followed them. I would call them without hesitation if I needed them again. Shout out to Ms. CC who took care of us from the beginning and Ms. Haylee who completed the process!!!

Their team had the best attitude and was so professional through the process of getting my floors cleaned up. So grateful!

The crew of Sara, Charles and Mannh, visited my home after I had a pipe bust. They were professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. The care and professional conduct they exhibited I wish I would experience from any business I have dealings with. Unfortunately that is not the case. Great job!!!

Very poor communication.The process of what to expect was not explained. I was unaware that my wall would not be restored by Servpro even though the website advertised restoration. I was told today Servpro does not restore the wall, and my insurance would send someone. I've contacted my insurance company, and they don’t show a supplemental claim in their system. My tenants were told, I would get an email of when someone would return to restore the wall. I have not received anything yet. Now an entire bathroom can't be used, and my tenants and I have no clue when it will be fixed.

I rarely leave reviews but I have to for this. Sarah and Bobby were sent to our house after a kitchen fire. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure my pets would be protected while they worked on removing the fire and smoke damaged ceiling and kitchen area. She discussed a detailed plan to have containment set up to prevent dust and debris from getting to the rooms i have pets in.
They were professional and easy to work with.
If I ever need Servpro again I will be requesting Sarah be assigned to the job.

Excellent experience saving our wood floors from water damage. Geoffrey and Travis were extremely helpful and professional, and followed up to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully satisfied. Prompt service was also appreciated.
