I got an appointment for the same week I called. The electricians were nice and efficient and even loved my dogs! The price was definitely what I had expected. Go Jack Spring!

Needed the main breaker replaced. These folks answered the phone when I called. Set a time. Called 30 minutes out. Showed up within the window. Listened while I explained what was happening. Did the job and left. So far everything seems to be working well. Was hoping I wouldn't have to pay for an apprentice, too, but that's just how it is most of the time.

One downside though is that I can't seem to find a way to pay the bill online. Those of us under 30 don't really use checks anymore! Otherwise, I'm happy with the service. Tad expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Too bad a review can not have zero stars because that is what I would have rated this business! Was lied to twice that a estimator for Jack Spring was coming out to give me an estimate for an electrical project but no one ever showed or called. Very unprofessional! Second time I called, individual made excuses that he was just too busy. Wasted two days sitting around waiting on Jack Spring to show but never did or even called. A week has gone by since the last promised date and still no show or call. If this is indicative of this business, then who knows how their actual work would be.

The guys at Jack Spring have done everything for me, from hanging chandeliers and ceiling fans to rewiring circuits. They are always courteous, friendly, and professional. They are the only electricians in town I trust. They show up when they say they are going to show up and never take more time than is necessary to finish the job in order to charge you more. They are fair, honest, and dependable. I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs.

I called and made an appointment the lady on the phone was very nice and set me up to talk to someone. The person she connected me to was quick and to the point no non since kind of person. I told him what I needed done and he took my address and number and said I will be out tomorrow sometime and will call you. About 3:30 pm he has not arrived so I called the office. She took a message and said she will contact him and he will call me. Well he never called back.

Called to check one outlet to see if power I. Outlet was working. TWO technicians came for this easy task. Never was I told the ASTRONOMICAL charges just to drive up in my driveway. Took ONE tech 3 and a half minutes to let me know “yes, the outlet has power”. Then left. Total service was 4 MINUTES. Bill received today $89 ..... I wouldn’t use this company again EVER for ANY needs. Pure gouging. $89. For 3 minutes of work. And I will advise everyone I know the same. Poor customer service if you want to have repeat customers. This was minor. But for a major job... I would find ANYone else!

Was in need of immediate assistance to get power to a major appliance in my home.I called Jack Spring and an electrician followed up with me in less 30 minutes after my call to the main office. The electrician arrived in 10 minutes later. They resolved the issue in my home within an hour! Reliable fast and friendly service and I am happy with the results.

Jack Spring Electric exceeded my expectations! I spoke with Audrey, and she addressed all of my concerns. She was more than willing to help and had an electrician at my house in less than 20 minutes. He did my inspection, and when I closed on my house I called them back to do some work for me and I got the same quality care. I could not recommend Jack Spring Electric enough!

We were having problems with circuit breakers tripping. A friend referred Jack Spring Electrical Contractors. I called and they sent out Aaron and Brian. Aaron checked it out and found the problem. Had to replace a breaker. These guys were very professional, nice and answered our questions. Would recommend and call Jack Spring again when having electrical service issues.

Our house was struck by lightning in the late afternoon. Jack Spring sent a technician out within 30 minutes. The technician worked very quickly to replace several GFCI outlets and had us back up and running within an hour. I would highly recommend Jack Spring Electrical for any electrical needs.

I just got what I would say is dangerously and nonsensically tailgated by someone in their company vehicle for close to 15 minutes on Benton Road. The driver was weaving back and forth in the lane (even though there was nobody in the lane next to me and could have totally gone around). For most of the time this person drove behind me with 2-3 feet between my bumper and theirs. I was going 5-7 over the speed limit, which was not an unreasonably slow speed. Not sure why someone has to be in such a rush 5:30-5:45 AM in a company vehicle like that, only to just not make the effort to go around me if I am really going too slow for them. LDE I suppose.

Anyway, if anybody in management cares to know who the driver was the license plate of the vehicle was Z437386. I am sure your management team has records and can see who had the vehicle checked out at that time.

This person’s conduct did not make me inclined to use this company for any services. If their electricians aren’t even good at managing something as basic as time, AND being cognizant of their conduct in a company vehicle, I’d hate to see just how bad they are at their trade. Not worth the risk.

I've been looking for an electrical contractor. This will NOT be the one. Their employees are negligent on the road. 60 in a 45, sudden lane changes, no use of turn signal. Unable to plan for turning in construction zones. Very discourteous drivers. Will never do business with them.

When you been up North working with reallll electrical contractors,, you will never come back to the South and sit at the table with the devils!!!!😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

This is the second time I have used them and they performed like professionals, got the job done in a timely manner and where at or under budget!!!

I've not used Caddo Electrical for my electrical needs YET, but I can tell you that they have AMAZING, caring people that work there. Today, three of their employees came out to assist me with catching 8 little ducklings from the middle of the street in front of their business after a careless driver ran over the mother and several siblings. One of the gentlemen even offered to take them home to his pond where there were other ducks to assist with the ducklings. These are the sort of people I want working with/for me. Thanks again!
