We had Brandon and Mason come out to look at redoing some rooms in our home. They came out and were professional and amazing. They did a lot of work and did it right. I'm am extremely happy with the services provided.

Brandon was attentive and throrough while talking me through their procedures & Frank was a true expert with the professional installation. The work was done in quick fashion while still taking the time to make sure all our needs were met and questions answered. I would not hesitate to call them again!

Lightning Electric is awesome, but Brandon is the real MVP. The guy shows up on time, fixes everything like it’s nothing, and somehow makes electricity funny. He’s basically the Thor of electricians—minus the hammer, plus a tool belt. If you want power restored and a good laugh, ask for Brandon!

Brandon came to help put in my new Maytag stovetop. He noticed it had a defect and then proceeded to help me with Best Buy get another one ordered on the phone before he left. I highly recommend this company. 👍👍👍👍

Lightning electric is horrible, Have them come out for a meter inspection then they lie to me and try and tell me I need all new stuff which I didn’t and then they said everything is good to go, but then decided they wanted more money. Worst of all, I had a funny feeling when they said they were gonna come back with all of the service options so I decided to record it, and I literally have it live when they were lying to me. Literally just had another electrician come out said everything was good to go pulled the permit. Needless to say, I filed a charge back with them And I’m also filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the city.

To add to your supporting Information request, you did not state it would cost more money you literally said and I’m quoting We’re gonna come back out and look at it and pull the permit. Nothing was stated about it costing more money. Second, You stated that there was corrosion on the post and it was not corrosion. It was just dirty dielectric grease. And lastly, you said that all new equipment was needed to bring the house up to code which I stated it did not and I was not paying that kind of money By the way, which was over $6000 which you implied was necessary and you didn’t feel comfortable doing an inspection as you thought it would hurt your license but then I called bullshit and said really for some dirty corrosion and then you changed your tune. Lastly y’all didn’t seem interested in being professional about anything. Because if you did, you would have actually called me.
