This used to be a very good company. Post pandemic they could careless about residential customers. Scheduled an appointment with them a week in advance for a 7:30am appointment. Called the office at 9am and got a response back at 10:20. They're just too busy. A 2 minute phone call goes along way. Avoid at all cost.

I needed several electrical repairs prior to the sale of my home. The electrician arrived on time. I lost my receipt and needed it for proof of the repairs and was able to call the secretary who sent me a copy of the receipt. I will use them again if I have a future need.

A huge tree fell, pulled out power meter completely off our house. Mr Thomas sent his crew and they did a fantastic job. We were without power for 4 days but John and Hayden did us proud! Thank you!

Courtesy Great Price but as soon as they finished installing a new wire my Internet went out and for 5 days I was without my Ring Video and Alerts. I called Mr Thomas on Monday to advise that on Friday my Internet was out. He pretty much Denied any wrongdoing and said call my provider? Xfinity came today and said the line had been cut! SMH
