We have made multiple calls to have them send someone out to complete the service and nothing still. It's been well over a month of promises and still no service. No they aren't taking our calls

Don't believe them! You will be waiting on them to never show. Waited 3 days in a hotel for Haley to say, I called her and cancelled. Complete Untruth. Then she ask I if Iwant to reschedule for today. I said yes. She puts me on hold for approximately 30 seconds. To Say?. My boss isn't interested. What a waste of valuble time..

We're having constant breaker trips using electrical appliances in the house. 1 circuit breaker was replaced but the final conclusion was that we have "bad" appliances. Allegedly our Keurig, blender, microwave, Instant Pot, air fryer, George Foreman grill, dishwasher, and washing machine all went "bad" within the same month. Then they billed us $450.

My generator stopped working, I called another generator that came out and said it was a lose wire. It still wouldn't run so they came back out and said it was the control board and said the repair was going to be $900. i bought the board and replaced it myself for about $200, but it still would not run. A friend recommended G-S so i called Jimbo came out and had it fixed i less that an hour. Voltage regulator and $350 and it runs like a champ. Thanks Jimbo

G&S Electric did the electric work for the construction of my office. They did a fantastic job! Afterwards, I have used them to put in a generator and other electric work. Excellent service! Haley has been just fabulous. She gets back to me right away and I am extremely pleased with them.

We had a particular need for an extremely specialized install of a piece of hardware that required a high level of technical skill. Not only did G&S evaluate and plan the installation of the necessary requirements based on manufacturer information, but also made sure to go over that information with us so that we were on the same page. Their installer was also safety conscious the entire time he was on site showing the level of training and emphasis on competency they place in their people. They were all four "P's". Professional, Polite, Prompt and Proficient. They also responded to our needs the week following the large storm that destroyed much of our area. Their install was clean and immaculate which made the rest of the installation a breeze. Because of their proficient services and fast response, we were able to provide Emergency Alert capabilities to one of our clients within hours of them completing their work allowing them to send out EAS messages to the greater Shreveport|Bossier area, which were put to use the following week. We can't recommend them enough and thank them sincerely.

My generator has been off since September 11th. Original installation was too close to the house. When the unit ran longer than 48hrs carbon monoxide would build up in the attic. Realizing their error it was moved to the backyard free of charge. Now the unit sits in the backyard but it’s off. Been waiting weeks now to get my unit back online. Whenever I call, they lie and tell me “soon” or that I’m first on the list. It’s been 4 weeks and I’m still waiting. Customer service has dropped tremendously and they can’t give me any information or updates. I’m trying my best to be patient and understanding but this is beyond frustrating. If you need any work done in a timely manner I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Ben i text you and simply ask for a call back communication, you came out a few months ago to fix my brand new $6000 + generator, no communication, no text, no call, now power out again still not working and don’t appreciate being ignored and told “stop texting me” when all I’m asking is to fix broken generator for which i paid in full that has not been working now for at least 1 year. Wow. Then i call office and lady is rude and argumentstive, again all I wanted was a solution and service my generator to be working. Now all food melted ruined 4 kids could’ve been avoided by simply communicating and fixing the ongoing issue its taken far too long and this generator should ne working considering it’s. This is bad service Ben, maybe you’ll respond here because you don’t take my call or respond my text to come out and fix what you installed not working i paid.

I have had my generator for 3 years. G&S has come out to my house 4 times. The service techs were great and let me know everything ahead of time. I highly recommend them for generator installs and service.

His pricing was reasonable and they always showed up when they said they would. They thought about the build and where light switches should go for ease of usage<<<< this was HUGE!!
