I'm so happy I called them, they do next day service, and they did an amazing job.

They misuse their employees.The owner has a loaded pistol with him daily,so does Lakeidra the step daughter/secretary and she misuse her authority as well.They tried to make the employees eat lunch on the highway where they work instead of giving them a brakeThey also aren't a lawn service as they claim.... they're lying to the public.Even the "J" stolen on their logo from J and J exterminator and they think nobody knows or can tell.The owner
These people are bogus low budget thieves who don't care about anything but themselves and money.I went to pick up my check yesterday 5/6/22 and he owner Renee Go haurd had a hitman there to fight me so I had to do what I had to do to get him to leave to leave me alone cause my son was with me.I thought I was just going to pick up my check not be approached by Tyson wanting to fight.....VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND SERVICES We will be in front of their office in a few days raising awareness with signs and banners

City of Shreveport hired this company to remove a storm fallen tree... They broke a window and knocked down a privacy wall ... When I complained to them... Was told it Wasnt their problem....now I have a broken window and my dog can't go out as yard no longer secure. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Response: No it has happened 3 times, I will not use your service again.

We contacted them to take care of the lawn (mow, edge, etc.). They were supposed to come on a Friday and they we had to call them Saturday to show up. Even though they were a day late, we asked them to put us on a two week schedule. They were supposed to come on Wednesday and we called and they said they would be there Thursday. I went a head and mowed then called and scheduled for another Wednesday. They never showed and never called. They did great when they showed up the one time they did. However, they aren't reliable and i would not recommend them.

It is the worst service in Shreveport and I believe in all of Louisiana and the customer service is worse

I love Jewitt Lawn Service. Renee‘s customer service is 5 star and they have been keeping my lawn looking amazing. This is my first house I’ve owned and it means so much to me for it to be maintained both inside and out. That’s where Sam comes in. They are the perfect team and I’m so happy I found them. I would recommend 5/5

Bear was quick to respond to my request ; as it turned out, I was able to get volunteers to assist in removal of my tree. I have Tree Removal Services in my contact for the next time for sure, and there will be a next time
