Servpro has been an awesome company. They made a terrible situation so much better. These girls were sweet and so eager to help! You will be lucky if they show up at your house when the need arises! Ty has fielded so many phone calls and just answered anything we had questions about. Megan and Jackaree are great and were full of smiles and ready to help us get packed! Y’all have gems working for you!

This is a great company! I would recommend Servepro to anyone with water damage. They were sweet, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They came to my house after hours to begin the clean up process. Ty, Lajarious and Brooke are a great team and some people you would definitely want in your corner. Thank you for your hard work! ❤️

UPDATE: I’ve been trying to get a hold of Servpro for weeks now after they completed a job ( after finally coming back to finish what they said they would) I won’t say his name but he continues to ignore my text. Ive reached out numerous times and nothing! I still have not paid my bill in fear they will not send me my final report and I’ve emailed requesting supervisor and said man that said he would send me a final rpt, he will literally read my text and ignore it! He should atleast turn off his read receipt that shows “read” if he won’t respond. I had high hopes for serv pro but it has since gone down hill. His customer svs is terrible and I will continue to text and email so I have proof if someone tries to say I didn’t pay my bill!!!!

Serv Pro did a great job when I had damage from a frozen water pipe in my bedroom. They immediately showed up and cleaned the mess and put a tarp over my ceiling.. with all the water damage they immediately put the water remediation to work and the next day they’ set the fans. They were very professional and although I was very stressed the 2 that came immediately cleaned up everything (I can’t remember their names). Taja came daily to chk the fans to ensure it was drying. Taja and Bobby came back on the 3d day and took all the equipment and explained everything. They were very professional and answered all my questions.I would definitely recommend Servpro

After 66 years of never being flooded, our home and our entire island were hit with a storm surge as Hurricane Helene passed offshore. I contacted ServPro and met their team from Monroe, Louisiana (with help from Natchez, Mississippi) who had come to Florida to assist homeowners and businesses. Their team, headed by Damien Hutchinson with the work crew managed by Krystal, did excellent work in removing wet insulation and drywall, cabinets (after a strong effort to save them), damaged doors, and appliances. They worked hard,
cleaned up at the end of each day, and stayed in good spirits despite long days, heavy traffic, and living in hotel rooms, away from their family and friends. I was particularly impressed wih how polite they were, and with the depth of their work estimate (Not to Exceed) and their final invoice, which was less. I hope to never be in that situation again but if we are, I will immediately call ServPro (and ask for their Louisiana team).

We had a positive experience with Servpro. We had flood damage in our home. Ty and Bobby did a great a job with the whole experience. They came out quickly and dealt with our issue in a timely manner. I was impressed with their knowledge and work ethic. I highly recommend them!

Servpro of south Shreveport did an amazing job. They came quickly and after hours Very professional and kind. Krystal did an amazing job at answering all of our questions and keeping us informed. Ryan, Bobby, Ty, Quincy, and Krystal were a great crew to work with. The house was completely flooded so they had to get all the water out, take out all the flooring in every room, and dry the house out. They worked hard and had so much patience. Thankyou for everything.

I want to commend Ty and Van with Servpro Shreveport Bossier. They were so polite, professional and hold high standards in the quality of their work. This is something you don’t see a lot of in today’s world. I do hope they are recognized for their great work ethics and professionalism.

Ty and Lajarious did an amazing job and were very professional. They communicated what they were doing with me through all the steps and worked with my schedule as well. I really appreciate the work they did and would definitely use Servpro again.

Matt, Brooke & Jesse were the ones who helped me through the clean up after Hurricane Milton. (in Florida) Matt was the Servpro rep that evaluated the damages and set up the process for starting restoration (tear out, fans, dehumidifiers). Brooke & Jesse were the two that worked diligently to speed up the tear out but made sure it was done properly. Brooke came back on Saturday to pick up the equipment so that my contractor could start on finishing the restoration the following week. (this was a business) We are thankful these folks came to FL to help us out here after this disaster!!

The crew arrived quickly and started cleaning up after I had a flood in my house from a broken toilet tank. Brooke, CW and Randall were all super polite and efficient. They reported to me everyday via phone or text when I was not there. They left my home just like I left it when they departed. Everything went smoothly. The clean up was as good as it could be under the circumstances. I am very pleased with the entire crew and the process. I would recommend this company. I am grateful for their service.

We had ServPro out of Shreveport come and assist us when our hot water heater busted and caused damage to our carpets and walls/baseboards. Krystal and Bobby came to do the mitigation job and they were wonderful! It was such a stressful situation but they eased our minds and stress by answering questions (I had a lot!!!) and they did such a good job getting the water out in a short timeframe. They were thorough, but worked quickly to reduce the extent of damage done. So very thankful for them.

Brooke, Manny, and Travis were wonderful! They went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of! I would highly recommend them in the future!!!

The team of Krystal, Bobby & Hope were outstanding in cleaning up after Helene.
We were fortunately away but Krystal was very good at keeping us informed.
We worked with Damien for the estimate and he went to the house several times while the work was being done to address things that were behind the scope of work.
While I never wish for a destructive storm surge on anyone, I strongly recommend them for the cleanup and stabilization.

I need to add to my review. Soon after our house got flooded we had a second storm surge. While less than the first, it required prompt cleanup. SERVPRO was there for us. The team of Krystal (who is an excellent communicator and kept us informed of what the team was doing), Stephen, Colin, and Chance worked quickly and did far more than clean up and stabilize our home including power washing our pool deck.

A special thanks to Damien who worked with us on the estimate and scope of work. He was extremely responsive when we had questions and made several extra trips to the house to address some minor issues. He is a very good communicator and kept us informed throughout both storm surges of the progress and state of our home.

I would strongly recommend using SERVPRO if you ever have a disaster

Cece and Bobby came all the way up from Shreveport to help us navigate through serious flood damage we had in our downstairs floor after a series of storms rose the creek near our house by 18ft. 6 days, and they came by every day with positive attitudes, professionalism, and reassuring experience in dealing with this kind of situation. I highly recommend Servpro for any water damage, demolition, and mold prevention. They know their stuff and were fast to prevent further damage to our home.

The technicians from Servpro in Shreveport worked all last week cleaning from top to bottom the inside of a house we are getting ready to sell. Brooke and Sara were professional and courteous. They seem to take their job seriously and try to do the best they could, with some of their older and well worn equipment they were having to use. Out of the technicians I would choose these two workers over the rest. Not saying the other workers did not work, but they did not seem to take their job as serious as Brooke and Sara. I guess the Shreveport company is limited on how many technicians they can send at one time on a job that is not an emergency. I did not think it would take the full week to finish this project. I believe their work would go smoother and look better if they had better/updated equipment. All in all, it was a good experience. They showed up when they said they would and as I said before were courteous and helpful! 👍🏻

Ryan, Zee, Sarah and Hannah-all of them were awesome!!! Worked relentlessly until the job was finished. Worked as a team. Very friendly and professional. When they returned my things, they took their time to ensure every item was undamaged. They even listened to my husband’s suggestions and followed them. I would call them without hesitation if I needed them again. Shout out to Ms. CC who took care of us from the beginning and Ms. Haylee who completed the process!!!
