Very poor communication.The process of what to expect was not explained. I was unaware that my wall would not be restored by Servpro even though the website advertised restoration. I was told today Servpro does not restore the wall, and my insurance would send someone. I've contacted my insurance company, and they don’t show a supplemental claim in their system. My tenants were told, I would get an email of when someone would return to restore the wall. I have not received anything yet. Now an entire bathroom can't be used, and my tenants and I have no clue when it will be fixed.

I rarely leave reviews but I have to for this. Sarah and Bobby were sent to our house after a kitchen fire. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure my pets would be protected while they worked on removing the fire and smoke damaged ceiling and kitchen area. She discussed a detailed plan to have containment set up to prevent dust and debris from getting to the rooms i have pets in.
They were professional and easy to work with.
If I ever need Servpro again I will be requesting Sarah be assigned to the job.

Geoffrey and the whole Servpro team were everything our family needed to handle our mold damage and were able to handle everything just in time for the holidays. Krystal was quick and responsive night and day and the repair team; Ty, Van, and Ben, went above and beyond every day. Hopefully we don’t have mold again, but if we do Servpro will be my first call.

Unfortunately we came home from a three day weekend trip a week ago, to a mess, our walk in closet fell in from a leak with our ac unit. We came on to a hot mess, our closet fell through. We called our insurance company and they sent Servpro out of Shreveport to come out the very next day. They have been very efficient, Brooke and Anna, they came in and worked fast to fix the issue to get it all dried up, come every day to check on how everything is doing drying up, they want pass it onto the repair crew until they know it’s safe and free of mold, dry etc. Brooke has been very open to my calls, questions, etc. Also we haven’t been able to be there so have given then access to come in and do their job; and that’s hard to just allow strangers to come in, but they or very trustworthy and honest in my opinion. We contacted SERVPRO following a roof leak at our church caused by a recent ice storm. Our initial request was to have the carpet cleaned. We were informed that cleaning could not be scheduled immediately, but an assessment appointment was set instead.

On the day of the first scheduled visit, we were notified that the assigned representative had an emergency and the appointment was rescheduled. Unfortunately, on the day of the rescheduled appointment, no one arrived and we did not receive a call or any communication explaining the absence.

As a church, we depend on timely communication and reliability, especially when addressing property damage. To date, we have not heard back from the company, and we are still in need of carpet cleaning services.

We understand that emergencies and scheduling challenges happen. However, consistent communication is essential. We hope this feedback encourages improved follow-through for future clients.

Several years ago, we had an extremely poor experience with ServPro—so much so that we ended up firing them mid-job and hiring another provider. Because of that, I was very hesitant to call ServPro again when a recent hot water heater leak in our new home required mitigation.

Window Genie pressure washed my patio, carport and outdoor shed. Window Genie gave a quote quickly and was able to schedule the job quickly. They did a great job My carport, patio and shed are clean and ready for me to paint.
I am extremely satisfied with how clean my space is and it helped me immensely as I would have had a hard time physically doing that on my own. Thank you for the speediness of scheduling, the thorough job and for how quickly the job was done.
