Don’t advertise on a server weather app. I know it might seem clever but during a tornado warning I have to wait on your advertisement before I can get specific information because of your advertising. This isn’t someone I’d ever do business with. I’m sorry but when it comes to sever weather people need information right then and there and not after they see an advertisement for your business.

I tried. Was told a drive by would happen within 3 weeks. Last time I called was 5 weeks ago with nothing and no response. I called today. Same thing but they could refresh me and have it be another 3 weeks. Only reason getting a2 is the lady on phone was nice.

Miller Tree service cut my mom’s tree & was very polite & cleaned up everything nicely. Would recommend them highly.

These people gave my dad (a Retired AF Colonel) an estimate and a date of return. Then they didn’t show up. When he called to ask where they were, the extremely rude female that answered said that if she didn’t schedule it, it doesn’t happen. My dad asked for the owner to call him back and the same rude female told him the owner was too busy to return calls. That’s now how we choose to do business.

I had an emergency tree and shrub trimming job, receptionist said they would go to review the property and quote the job the next day. I called the day they were supposed to arrive to follow up and confirm the crew was coming. The receptionist picked up and when I asked the question she straight up hung up on me. That’s all I need to know that I need to go a different direction

Gave me a call the day before they were supposed to come out and do the job just to say they couldn’t because of lack of man power. Heard they were the best in the business but as of late it doesn’t seems like it. I had to calm them constantly just to make an appointment. I was understanding about it being 2 months out.

The person they sent to do the estimate for my tree removal had to be the most arrogant and rude person I have encountered since moving here. My decision to not use their services was made the time he made one arrogant comment after another. If I could give them zero stars I would!

Out of 6 estimates they gave me the best price. Very professional even learned somethings about trees from Mr. Miller. They came, they cut, they grinded stumps, they cleaned and were gone in no time. Highly recommend them and I will use them again.

Great service and price. We had 2 locust trees with some crazy thorns cut down. They showed up on time and was done with the job in a couple of hours. The crew removed the trees including all the limbs. Any debris that dropped in the yard was raked up and picked up. I highly recommend Miller Tree Service.

I've used their service twice, and both times their work has been remarkably impressive. First time they used a crane going over the house with no issues and the second time, there was a guy climbing all over the tree cutting one branch at a time. The work was expedient and prices were fair.

After waiting just under a week for an estimate, we were told that someone had to be home during our assigned time of 2:30p on a Thursday. After a call to Miller Tree Service, the appointment was rescheduled for a time during which someone could be present. Almost immediately after the call was finished, another representative of the company reached out to say that they double booked (with no remorse). When trying to reschedule, it was determined that it would have to wait until the following week. After being honest and saying that we could schedule the appointment however other tree services would be contacted, the lady responded by saying she would call the landlord of the property to say Miller Tree Service would not be taking the job. Then proceeded to hang up the phone in the midst of my response.

Mr. Miller was very friendly, and professional. He is interested in getting the job done RIGHT, which is not so common anymore. He and the guys were all very polite. I would absolutely use this company again, as well as recommend to friends and family.

We had such a good experience with Miller Tree Service. No price gouging, and very timely! We had a pear tree that was damaged in a storm removed as well as three tree stumps. Our backyard looks great and they were in and out!

Miller Tree Service has removed & trimmed trees for me for 20 years, first in Sibley & now in Benton La.
They are Very Professional, always going above and beyond!
Once I had 6 huge pine trees removed & the stumps removed, the next day my UPS delivery driver came by & said he knew I had some trees removed but he could see no sign of where they had been!
The remaining tree always thrive!
I would not consider anyone else!

I had two trees removed. The workers cracked the curbing around my flower bed. I reported to Terri. She said she asked the crew and they didn’t touch the curbing.

The curbing was right next to the tree they removed and it was not cracked before they did the work.

Miller refused to accept responsibility and it cost $350 to replace that section of curbing.

I don’t recommend using this company at all!
