JB educated us on the condition of our trees, gave us a quote and returned in a couple of hours with a crew to get to work. They put down plywood to protect our yard, cut down two trees, cleaned up and cleared out within 2.5 hours. We are very pleased and will recommend to anyone. Thank you!!

The most PROFESSIONAL and friendly people I've come across in Louisiana since I moved here 4 years ago. I had branches laying on my roof and on my power line. It's hard to rely on others but as we age, we need to trust strangers. JB was so kind and explained everything to me. Then, he walked his talk. His crew did a great job, all I could do was cry. Called Mr JB at short notice,he is a man of his word he said "let me get back to the shop and grab my big saws and Im on my way" he arrived and seen what he was tasked against and handled everything very professional. He even landed the tree between two fence post no damage was done and also did the job in a safe manner! In a world where people don’t always do what they say they’re gonna do. I really appreciate these guys showing up when they said they were. They were very personable and did a good job of stacking the wood. The most important part is the firewood looked great. It was seasoned and cut at the right size. I used OpExcellence to cut a tree down and trim one. their work was good, but started a day late and communication to let me know was non existent. I took the day off from work and it was wasted. I felt they redeemed the themselves, so I figured I would give them another shot with firewood since they are veteran own and as a veteran, I wanted to support. I was told I was on the schedule fore Saturday. and no-show. called more than once, talked to owner JB, and was told would be delivered Sunday at 10.. Nothing, not even a call. Messaged on messenger left voicemail and told them the can cancel my order. thlThink I got a followup, No! Communication is non existent. I will make sure to tell everyone not to use. I wasted a whole weekend this time waiting for nothing.

JB was very professional along with his team. They came in with a smile and were very courteous. They cut and trimmed my trees with fast efficiency. They cleaned the areas in both my yard and my neighbors yard. I truly enjoyed the courtesy, their mannerism, and even thank me for their services. OP Excellence removed a large tree from my rental property on 4/15/2025. It was a difficult tree to remove because of the proximity to the house. They removed the tree like "Champs." There was no damage to our property, and they even cleaned the yard after completions. The crew was polite as well. I will definitely use OpExcellence for my next project.
