I am so glad a friend recommended B Cool to me! For over 5 years Brad and his team have been servicing my air conditioning units. Regardless if they're servicing a unit in Baton Rouge or St. Francisville, I know the B Cool guys will be on time. I never feel "sold", and have a deep trust when it comes to the service Brad recommends.

Absolute best company ever! They are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers, and get your AC back up and running as fast as possible. One of, if not the most, caring family operated business that treats you like family while juggling their own families to accommodate their customers as quickly as possible, and always with a smile!

They did a wonderful job of checking everything to make sure the system is working normally after a scare yesterday where it stopped working for a few hours.

These technicians arrived before the actual scheduled time. Always friendly and so knowledgeable about the HVAC systems they service. They fixed a problem that was overlooked by another companies technician years ago. So glad we have B Cool as a local service in Saint Francisville!
