After our upstairs unit struggled to keep up, rising to 14 degrees above point, I made the call to BCool. Abbey quickly got us into the system and got the ball rolling. Jacob came late Friday evening, cleaned our outside unit, and ran some tests. He came back today, Monday afternoon, and finished up. Great service and professionalism as always!! Thank you, BCool, for always being there for us when we need you!!

I'm happy with how quick they are to provide service and got my ac working... however when I got home I noticed the ac was running, but my backdoor was wide open! They were scheduled to come at 8 in the morning, and I didn't get home till 6 that evening. so that means my door was open with the ac running all day! I'm probably going to get a VERY HIGH electric bill and that does not make me happy!

Abbie and Brad did an awesome job coordinating a house call promptly. Much appreciated. The repair took all of 5 minutes and house was cooling on no time. Thanks again!

If u call them they will do their best to arrive that day or shortly afterwards. They are thorough at trying to diagnose the problem. I guess according to what needs to be done it can be a Lil pricy but not like others I've dealt with. They are even coming bk out next week just to make sure it's working properly.

Unfortunately, a new blower motor was required, so I was without AC, while the part came in, but they brought me a small window unit for the meantime, which did help. They came back as soon as it arrived and got me back up an running. Great service.

Brad took care of venting our gas stove hood properly, our bathroom fans out the roof instead of into the attic, and replaced duct work in about half our house last year. We are so lucky to have an HVAC company like B Cool in our area. Brad found a pinhole leak that caused our system to shut down. The knowledge this man and his team have of their job is amazing. B Cool has been our choice for AC needs for 5+ years now. His techs Jacob and Ryan replaced the coil and got us cool again. They were courteous and did a great job. The company scheduled the appointment for after noon. We got a text message that they had finished a job and were heading our way. Appreciated the good communication.
