The planning of the services went well. They came in the.pouring rain, cut/trim the tree and had multiple mud holes due to rain and left tree bark and pieces of their steel equipment. Worker came back next day for equipment and payment but the job was not finished. I paid them with the understanding they would come back and finish trimming loose vines. I called weekly for 3 weeks for follow up to complete job but only asked to be patient, they would take care of it. Here we are 2 months later and still incomplete. Good business practice means completing a job you were hired to do. This creates trust and longevity. Have a great day.

Called. Scott came by. Gave me a quote. Said he would text me a contract the next day. I text him. He said he couldn't get back to me as he 'ran out of daylight' Never heard from him again. Until today. 14 days later. He and his truck with crew show up in the alley behind my house and prepare to take the dead tree down. I am very confused as we have had no contact, and no contract. When I ask him what he is doing he tells me his phone died, he had been by a few times and no one was home, thought he would just come and take care of it today. When asked what his quote was he came up with a number that was not the quote he gave me. I asked why he didn't just come to the door today. He didn't answer. When asked about the days he supposedly stopped by he couldn't say. When asked what he didn't leave a business card with explanation. He did not answer. When asked why his whole business was one just one phone. He did not answer. He was obviously lying and was so disrespectful. He lied about the reason my tree died. Other tree service I hired had a completely different reason with evidenced based practiced information. This man is a liar, a grifter and a cheat. Be aware and careful doing business with such an immoral man. Do not recommend at all.

Scott and his team did an incredible job on our property. They were courteous and very professional, and did a great job cleaning up after all the tree limbs were cut. Come on come do your business come on?

If you want your flagstone and fire pit destroyed in the process call these folks. Only response was, “that wouldn’t have happened if I would have been there”.

These guys came when they said would ,did what they said they would do in a professional way, and charged a reasonable fee. I am completly satisfied with them and will not hesitate to call them again.

They were friendly and easy to talk to but rather very unprofessional by extremely taring uo my lawn caused damage to my fence leaving me with expensive repairs that I wasn't able to afford to have done.

Scott Horton and crew did an amazing job of removing a very large dying water oak from my property for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

We tried to do business with them, but they we're very wishy-washy, not professional, took forever for them to answer us back on anything, whenever we tried to talk to them they were very rude, very ugly and completely unprofessional, they kept giving us the runaround, kept giving us a price and then changing it to make it higher. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We wasted 2 months trying to get things done with them before we finally hired somebody else.
