Came out inspected and addressed the problem. Ordered a new gas lamp, waiting for it to come in to install. Fast, friendly, and dependable.

Very unprofessional. Doesn't communicate. Makes appointments and then doesn't show up and after calling and emailing to find out whats going on they say they can't service due to distance. Very shady. Will never recommend to anyone.

I callec kents plumbing on monday november 13. Was told someone would come out on tuesaday. A TECHNICIAN CALLED on tuesday and was supise to come out on wednesday. He didnt show ,i left him a message he called back 2 1/2 hours after he was supise to be here to say he would vome on thursdsy no show. Then said would come friday the 17 th for 2 an no show no call. Called the office at 3:30 p.m an the mevhanical side answered said she would have someone call an did not so they have poor service get a zero star rating from me do not recommend this company at all.

John came out to service our AC unit that had quit working. He went above and beyond to get it back in working order. I would highly recommend!

Worst place ever to get anything plumbing done! Had new unit installed and has had trouble since! The manager or owner does not stand up to their word. What kind of company is this! Worst Nightmare! They dont do any quality work! Even had my sinks to overflow due to the unit and they didn't even bother with answering the phone! There is no Quality when it comes to these people!

We have been in new construction house, (approx. 3 years) and the plumbing was provided by Kent's Plumbing. We have had a bathtub combination leak and replaced. In addition, I have replaced all toilet handle fixtures (3) due to its failure. The main bath shower faucet handle and shower head are defective. The master bath sink handle isn't working properly.

When we contacted Kents, they advise that since the items are out of warranty that we should contact another plumber and to busy. (Only 3 years in new house) Had the Faucet replaced after the faucet company sent me new replacement. New Plumber stated that install is the reason for defect. Faucet still doesn't work properly.

Very disappointed with Kents in quality of work and after care of their work and installments.

Great customer service. Was able to get appointment the same day I called. Chris was our plumber. He was very friendly and took care of our problem without any hesitation. Fee was more than fair.

These guys have done work for us. They were actually recommend by our neighbors. They repaired two toilets and leaking faucets.

Not professional at all. In fact, I'm watching one of their drivers swerve all over the road and cut off people. They did it to me and multiple families who were in vehicles trying to safely get to their destination. I can't imagine what kind of awful business this place is if this is how they treat people on the road. The vehicle looks beat up. Not a good company They are dangerous.

We have found our forever plumbers! After needing a weekend visit, the problem was found to be more involved than they had originally planned. They fixed it enough and came back Monday with all necessary equipment and fixed out problem. They were kind and incredibly honest with fair pricing!
