I moved into a brand new home, within a week all of my toilets would not flush and When the shower water was started the toilets would bubble. I called the warranty line that the builder gave and it was this company. Spoke to a lady named Lisa and she sent someone out. The plumber then ran a snake in my toilets and scratched them up very bad and stained them.
I called to advise and no one cared at the plum king company. Within a week of their 1st visit the same exact thing happened again. This time when I Called and was adamant about this issue being fixed and solved as I had only lives in the home 2 1-2 weeks at this point.
Lisa stated, " I don't know why you are personally attacking me." she also stated that there was paper found in the line, and if paper was found again I would have to pay for their services; then hung up in my face. I had to call the building super to get her to send someone else out who used a longer snake in my front yard and stated someone with a camera would come and Look as he saw toilet tissue aka "paper" and building debris.
Long story short the person came without even knocking or advising he was in my yard and when the office was called again Lisa and her "supervisor" Amanda answered and would not allow me to talk. I have been in the home 40 days now and was told feminine products were in the lines. I don't even have a cycle!
This place is horrible and if it wasn't for my warranty with the builder I would never ever ever use them again. The ladies in the office lack customer service skills, follow-up and are uncouth to say the least.

Scheduled an appointment for July 19th between the hours of 8-12. Received confirmation phone call on the evening of the 18th as a reminder. Took off from work and waited, and waited. Was advised I would receive a 10 minute notice prior to tech arrival. Not the first call or text from this vender that they were behind on schedule. "Will do business elsewhere". Not very professional with the lack of communication....

We had our main line back up on Labor Day. Kent's called us back within 30 minutes and had a technician to us in less than an hour. Brett was awesome. He was able to temporarily fix the problem, and he came back on regular time to fix the issue permanently. Great service!

I just wanted to point out my frustration with Kent’s plumbing on 05/13/2021. The service we received was unprofessional and dishonest. We had two men come into our home at 9:51am and left at 1036am. The lead technician on the job specified that the leak came from our showerhead that was not screwed in tightly! And he mentioned to me that the billing department will contact me after the task was completed.

We received a call and the receptionist mentioned that the men were there for 2 1/2 hours and the cost is $350.00. I asked them to please send me the description of the service and stated that the charges were not adequate. We reviewed our cameras and there was no way they stayed for over 2 hours. A week later, we received a bill for $150.00.. smh!

I believe this is shady and very unprofessional of a business to try and cheat us. Never again!

Call Austin at Kent’s to help us fix several plumbing issues we had. Was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. The guys who came to fix our plumbing problems were quick, courteous and professional. And I feel the price for the service was a fair price.

Absolutely do not recommend. We had mold from our HVAC, and after six visits and lots of excuses, it may be fixed. Other neighbors are having major issues from their faulty work as well. One even found duct tape on the inside of her unit. They shouldn’t even be licensed.

Two technicians came out the same day to help fix a problem. They were very professional & knowledgeable. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. and Horrible technicians. Installs new Ac units on brand new homes just to keep having problems with it. DSLD need to use another company this company is the WORST. If i could put 0 stars I would have.

Kent’s was contracted with our builder to install plumbing, heating and air and it’s been only problems. First, our unit was not installed properly, no less than 3 people confirmed after living here for 4 months that they didn’t even run lines to hook up our heat. Now they don’t want to honor their 1 year warranty to come check and balance the unit, which is guaranteed in our contract. Siting that we haven’t done bi-annual maintenance. This “necessity” is not mentioned in our contract. We planned to do an annual clean of the unit this summer as we have done for all our past homes, but they say twice a year is the only way to keep our warranty. Even though it was not disclosed. Now, they claim the builder didn’t allow them to do a final inspection and that voided the warranty on our units before we ever even took ownership of the house. Shady business practices. Do yourself the favor and just STAY AWAY!

Christian came out yesterday to do a maintenance call on my two AC units. He did a great job, was very polite and professional. He used a garden hose that I had already had unrolled and even rolled the hose back up before leaving! That's attention to detail! I highly recommend them for your AC / HVAC services.

Poor HVAC installation and customer service. New home with ongoing cooling issues—some rooms won’t cool below 80°F while others are fine. Vendor refused to schedule a warranty call. Very disappointing experience for new construction.

Dishonest technician, dishonest management. Overcharged elderly people, brand new house built but been having problem with the AC not cooling down. The guy said the total for fixing and to come out was $500 and I asked for an invoice, he ensured me that there will be an invoice. I knew I should have record the phone call. He came out, take a long time to find a leak, then scammed my dad into paying $570 just to look for the leak, not fixing anything then just leave. Then he wants my dad to pay a large amount extra to add coolant. Then the manager called me a liar. DO NOT USE THEM!!

It will take me to write a full essay about this company which I don’t want to go into details. All I gotta to say is that I bought a newly built home from level homes and Kent installed the HVAC. Had trouble with it since the day I moved in. Takes them NUMEROUS times to come back to fix it right! Very poor customer service very unprofessional company! Even the service manager Tony will talk to you like you’re not the customer. PLEASE THINK TWICE IF YOU BUYING A NEW BUILT HOME if HVAC THATS INSTALLED BY THEM. I even called the office this girl Janaya answers the phone even got an attitude I told her these issues with my ac unit she told me to call level homes for this matter WTH. You’re the one who installed this for the whole house! I asked her to have owner to call me whenever he got time. Never did. You don’t want to deal with what I am going through with them! Is a pain! So far is fixed like how many times now???!! Let’s see how long this unit will last.

350 dollars to tell me by toilet is broken ok but $1,000 dollars to replace a toilet and i supply the toilet that’s just trying to take advantage. Make sure you get prices!

I thought I was calling to fix a leaking pipe but they ended up having to replace a whole section of pipe. They showed me why they had to replace it, kept me involved their decisions. Communication was excellent. Very professional, friendly and sweet.
