Brandon came out to do the initial pest treatment and termite abatement. He showed up on time and was very helpful in ensuring that we received all the services we requested. He even returned on a subsequent day to complete work he couldn't do the first time due to rain.

Jarison was very professional, practical and responsive in assisting us with our pest issues at an affordable price too. I highly recommend Jarison and Arrow Termite & Pest Control for all your pest control needs. We are very happy with their services.

Arrow has been the best company to work with! I would highly recommend to anyone who is having issues with termites. I just moved into a new home and we discovered our oak tree had a termite infestation. The company that had the existing termite contract was totally unresponsive. I called Arrow and they were able to get someone out to evaluate and treat the tree within days. I continued to be disappointed with the other company's responsiveness to my concerns about our existing termite protection system (barrier), so I asked Arrow to give me a proposal for the Sentricon system. Arrow came out right away and submitted a competitive proposal that we accepted. Within a week we had our Sentricon system installed. Can not recommend enough! They show up on time and are extremely professional and experts at termite prevention! Thanks to Scott, Jared & Brandon!!!

The service was scheduled and not on time. Jeff, came in and was very professional and did the annual preventative service the outside of the house for termites. My main issue was Jeff found some issue with foundation of the house and made some minor mark on the receipt, No mention to me, and I was there with the technician. In spite of being with Jeff, he did not even discuss the issue with me in person at the time so I could understand. I had to email customer services and then they had to schedule him to come back to explain the issue total waste of time for both the company and myself. If this issue had not been addressed by me the contract could have been null and voided.

We have had services with Arrow Pest Control for a little over a year and would recommend! We have our house treated for termites and quarterly big sprays throughout the year; really keeps our house safe and bug free. We recently found a black widow in our house that rode in on our Christmas tree; needless to say, had a small freak out ☺️ And Arrow made an appointment ASAP to spray the inside just as an added measure of security. The pricing for regular spraying I find to be reasonable because they come quarterly to spray inside and outside but if there are any other issues, they will do a free call out. Very much appreciate your help, Arrow!

Mr. Michael is very diligent in his application of the products he uses.
He also is very informative about why and how he uses them. Overall its a pleasant experience every time he visits and I have not seen any insects, bugs critters or rodents of any kind since he has been servicing our office.
I recommend his effective service they provide.

We have been using arrow for a few years and have noticed a huge difference with the bugs around our house. Some of the sprayers are more thorough than others and seem to actually enjoy what they do. We have had a few who rushed it and didn't spray all of the areas but the ones who do are super appreciated. Jeffrey Meade was one of our newer sprayers and he did an excellent job! Would like to keep him as our sprayer if that's possible!

Arrow had the best prices of the three companies I contacted for preventative termite treatment. They scheduled my installation quickly and came promptly at the appointed time. The gentlemen who did my install were friendly and efficient.

Tynelle was prompt, professional and super friendly. This was my first experience with Arrow and I highly recommend them. She could not have been more cheerful and knowledgeable. They exceeded my expectations.

Our technician came to do our treatment even after Hurricane Ida came through. He was incredibly courteous and professional, and when doing our indoor treatment he was extra quiet and careful with our 11 month old sleeping. Could not recommend Arrow enough!

The guys who came to do the install of stations just walked into the back after ringing the bell, spooked my wife who had forgotten about the appointment. Give a ring next time.

I would like to start off by saying a company is as good as their employees who are out in the field representing them! I have been a customer of Arrow Pest Control since I've been in my house,and that has been 8yrs. I have seen a lot of their employees over that time frame. My wife and I had gotten to the.point where we were ready to end our contract, because of appointments not being met on their end, them saying they sprayed when they didn't, and fee we felt were wrong, but the last few times we got the only employee we trust ,that is ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS going above and beyond, very professional and knowledgeable! I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but if you look at the review I did a few years back, it's in there! She, and she alone is the only reason we decided to stay with this company! I want her to know that we really appreciate her for being a professional, and always looking out for the customers interest. You are truly an asset to your company! These 5 stars are for you!!!!!

Today a new termite system was installed around the perimeter of my house. The technician was prompt. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained in detail the installation process and answered my questions completely. After his work was completed, he left my house and yard in the same condition that he found it. There was a slight glitch in the installation. Your technician arranged the solution and followed up to make sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. He was impressive.

First class all around. Our sales guy Ashley came out very quickly and gave us a wonderful price. Nice, genuine, and professional guy!
