The service tech who came to the house was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He was wearing a mask the entire time as part of the COVID response which I appreciate since I am not fully vaccinated yet. He was very friendly with my dogs and talked to them to put them at ease since they’re not used to strangers. He carefully explained what he did inside and outside the house in detail so I didn’t have any questions. I’m very happy with Arrow.

Everything from initial sign up and inspection with Arrow Pest Control has been simple and great. Aaron LeBeouf initially referred me to the company - he was and still is super informative. He’s had answers to all of my questions, tons of patience and just great customer service overall. The techs performing my services have done great as well. Everything is always timely. All phones I’ve had to make are answered efficiently and with great care. I’m overall super impressed with Arrow and would refer ANYONE for their services.
