In July 2018, we contracted with New England Heat Pumps to install a mini split system in our home. The system consisted of a 24,000 BTU outdoor unit with one 18,000 BTU unit in the cathedral ceiling main living space and one 9,000 BTU unit in the master bedroom. Gary Soucy knows his craft well. He and his assistant put in the system with no delays and no glitches. No shortcuts were taken and the entire installation reflects their high degree of professionalism, diligence, and superior attention to detail. Everything was installed to code and the system has operated with no problems. And Gary put in all the correct paperwork with the state for our rebate. We were so impressed with NEHP, that when it came time for us to consider a system for our camp this spring, we didn't even think of calling anyone else. Once again, Gary was prompt and professional in all aspects, from the the initial estimate visit through the completion of the job. At the camp, we now have a single 18,000 BTU system that heats and cools the entire building. No more sweltering summer nights hoping for a breeze! Insert a BIG smiley face here! NEHP has my highest recommendation for timeliness, professionalism, and value.

Gary installed a 2nd heat pump in my house in Searsport. We needed to adjust the installation a bit to clear wall for a future awning install and move the inside head unit to better location. He was very accommodating and kindly even made an extra trip to his supplier in Bangor. He's punctual, an excellent communicator, and the quality of his installation reflects what a true professional installer should be. You won't be disappointed if you hire him.

Definitely give 5 stars!!! Gary took me on when nobody else would. He is extremely kind, professional and truly cares about his customers. You don't find many people now days that truly cares about the job they are doing and what the customer is going through. My business and my clients all thank him! I am extremely grateful for his dedication to figuring out what the issue was.

Used the online booking which was very simple to use. Promptly received a message confirming the date and time. Gary was arrived early enough to be ontime and very pleasant and not overbearing he did a very detailed cleaning to out mitsubishi heatpump completed within a hour. From promptly responding to our initial plumbing emergency and throughout the rather complicated repair process, the entire team at Nichols was up front with pricing, courteous, hard-working and easy to communicate with. My parents passed a few years ago and they left our family multiple rent houses. I called Nichols plumbing as I heard that their work was exceptional. The rent homes had several plumbing problems that had to be repaired before they were sold so I called them for help. They were always prompt, honest about what they were going to do and what needed to be done, and kept a line of communication with me at all times as I live in another state and could not be present when they did the work. I recently had a well pump go out which they repaired for me. When I arrived in town there was an issue with the newly repaired pumps holding tank and switch so they came to troubleshoot it. Rob was great and explained that it was a minor issue and fixed it promptly. Because this was part of the pump repair they did not charge me for the visit. You don't see that kind of customer service anymore. I highly recommend this company.

Very friendly staff that answered all my questions. The guy who came and pumped my tank was friendly and professional. Loved the "Stool Bus"! The price for a 1000 gallon tank was reasonable.

Our hot water heater went on us Friday evening, waited until Monday to call Nichols. They set up an appointment right away for Tuesday morning but we had no power so couldn't do it but they rescheduled for Wednesday the next day very quick scheduling. A big thank you to Cal and Casey for doing a great job, they both were wonderful. Thank you so much to Nichols plumbing.

What started out as a water heater replacement just ended up having the heating elements replaced at much less the cost of a complete replacement. The people that came were awesome and very competent. I especially liked that one of them was a young woman who is studying to become a plumber. The gentleman explained things to her every step of the way and she seemed eager to learn. I would highly recommend Nichols.

We had a major sewer issue and called Nichols Plumbing for help. They we're very attentive and friendly. There awesome construction crew completed the outside work perfectly and on schedule. The crew that did the inside work were friendly and completed everything quickly and left the area clean and neat. This is a top notch organization and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Whether working out in the bitter cold replacing a corroded neutral line to my home or running power to my business signage, Tom's crew has always been prompt, courteous and very professional. The team at Integrity Electric is outstanding. We needed exhaust fans installed in two bathrooms of an existing structure. The project required cutting into ceilings , running vent pipes through a crawl space and the attic , as well as cutting holes for vents in outside walls. They made it look the units and the vents were there from the beginning. We also needed smoke and CO2 detectors installed in the home. They installed a wireless system that will give us maximum protection. The team at Integrity really knows their stuff, and they are great to work with. They even did a great job cleaning up when done! I highly recommend this company!

I cannot believe I have not left a review yet. We moved into our house 4 years ago. I'm pretty handy, however know when to leave it to the experts. I picked out Tom from reviews, and I cannot say enough about him. His work is impeccable and it is only outclassed by his manner, friendliness and professionalism. Integrity Electric provided us 5 star emergency service when a tree recently took out our electric service. They arrived on scene and stayed until they had replaced our service entrance, They called Versant power and our power was restored a day after the storm.
