Don't know where to start...Bought a water "salt free" filter system with the intension of installing it myself. I had a salt system installed originally and wasn't what I expected from a water filter system. Wasn't sure if any plumber would install it since I had bought the system myself and decided I had bit off more than I could chew as far as doing it myself. Called Fortier's Plumbing who I found on line. I explained the job and without hesitation the job was scheduled right away. Can't say enough about Justins professionalism and knowledge as he also found a problem brewing with my well holding tank and went out of his way to fix that the same day without having to make another appointment . Can't forget Kaitlyn who is the glue that keeps things organized while Justin is out doing what he does. Great people......I can see why they have five star reviews , because they earn it !! He dealt with a leaking kitchen sink. We have had it repaired several times. Justin explained that I needed a permanent solution to the problem. So he added more than one connection to prevent leaking. He was quite knowledgeable and willing to explain what he was doing. I reached out on a Sunday with an urgent repair needed. Fortier was able to schedule me for the following morning, in part due to a cancellation. In any case, Justin was prompt and professional. We are very pleased with the service e provided.
