    Had a bad breaker feeding a subpanel and knew enough that I didn't know enough. Called and he came over the same day. Ended up being a simple loose contact. He diagnosed and fixed it within 30 minutes and charged me a very fair rate.

    I requested a small but important job, which they were not able to fit into their schedule for several days. On the day they were supposed to show up to do the work, they didn't show up or call to cancel or say they would be late. When I called them, I was told they were working late on another job and they would call me later to reschedule, then they quickly hung up on me. They did not call me back until a few days later, after I had to hire someone else.

    Dan was fantastic, answered the phone immediately (it was after 6:00pm), asked if I needed help that night (I said it could wait) and when he came by the next day, he assessed the problem quickly and made the calls to CMP to handle their part of the issue.
