Gutierrez construction, el equipo hizo un maravilloso trabajo rehacer el nuevo driveway , pasarelas , y paver patio. Rafael escucho mis ideas y convertir en realidad. Con su trabajo y ejecución Se los recomiendo..

The work done was fantastic. Very polite and professional. Incredibly responsive to text messages and requests.

Great customer service and phenomenal work. They did my walkway and driveway, both look great.

They first seem interested when you are new but once you tell them what you want done such as needing assistance with planning they disregard and leave you without a response on the cost of the construction. They are unreliable and have terrible customer service I would not recommend.

My dreams of having a perfect grill come true!! So professional, so accurate and very detailed work. Plus you get a free estimate which is great! I will continue calling them for services, 100% recommend!!

We worked with Raphael and his team on a bluestone pavers patio for or backyard. The work was done well and completed in a timely fashion. The communication throughout the project was also great. We look forward to working with Raphael on other projects in the near future.

Well organized team--- kept work area extremely clean at the end of each work data. Pricing extremely reasonable - compared to other vendors checked. Most importantly was the quality of all the work .All work completed during the timeframe define at the start-up of my project . Will absolutely use again

Rafael and his crew are great to work with. He is upfront and detailed with what he will do and stands by his work. He gives professional quotes and contracts. He has done at least 2 concrete projects for me and I will continue to refer him.

Experienced contractor
Professional work has been done by this company keep it hard and nice work well done.

This review is long overdue. Gutierrez Construction completed stone masonry work on my front and back patio and they both look great! They were very accommodating and affordable. The also repaired my steps with new iron railings to truly enhance my backyard. Now if only I can grow some grass and find some nice patio furniture to complement it.

Gutierrez Construction built a fence for my home. It provided excellent work. The team completed the work in a timely fashion despite rain, which made.me happy. The carpentry work and attention to detail was impressive. I'm a very picky person and i had nothing to say when the job was implemented. They even went so garbage as to reseed my lawn in the areas worked. Great work!!!!!

We recently had a patio installed. They always showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and worked very quickly while producing high quality results. We love the finished job and they happened to give us the best cost and service as well. Highly recommend using them for any at home project needs you may have inside and out!!

We contacted numerous companies and found Gutierrez construction to be the most honest and professional - they gave me all the pros and cons and really took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable.

When it was time for the job, they were surprisingly quick, efficient and really went the extra mile to get it perfect, even though my backyard had unexpected old tree-stump roots - they handled it without a hiccup. They even added extra finishing touches we had not agreed on, at no extra cost. I felt like they really cared and I’m not just a customer. Something very unique nowadays. Especially considering the quality of labor and competitive prices they offer.

We are very satisfied with our new patio and with the entire experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Raphael is the best. Completely renovated my entire home in Riverdale perfectly and fast and for a great price! I would highly recommend this company for your renovation needs. He works with you and listens to all the small details you want done. Great job thanks Raphael! From Mike.

We are very happy with Rafael and his team at Gutierrez construction! We had some older concrete pillars demolished and removed as well as a drain installed in our driveway with a pop up emitter. They took the time to make sure we were happy at every step of the way. Their communication set our minds at ease. The quality of the work was outstanding. The drain looks like it was always there and it works great. They also took the time to make sure the grass was put back and watered. The old concrete was removed very swiftly (these guys work hard) and the area looks clean and professional. We would hire them again and recommend them highly!

I highly recommend Gutierrez Construction for their outstanding work on my front porch. The entire process, from initiation to completion, was impeccably executed. The dedicated crew exhibited exceptional teamwork and worked tirelessly. I was consistently informed about every stage of the project, ensuring a transparent and smooth experience without any unexpected surprises. The final result exceeded my expectations, reflecting the precise vision I had in mind. Throughout the engagement, every individual we interacted with demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. Choosing Gutierrez Construction was undoubtedly a wise decision for a seamless and high-quality construction experience.

We’ve worked with Raphael and his team on two separate projects now. The first was a concrete pad, and we were so pleased with their work that we called them again for a second, more complex job in our 1920s home in Washington, DC — installing new flooring and reconfiguring a bathroom wall to create a completely new half bath.

As with many older homes, there were surprises once the work began. When they opened up the floor, they found some damaged wood underneath. Raphael and his team were incredibly responsible — they communicated the issue clearly, walked us through our options, and helped us find a solution that fit within our budget.

The final result looks fantastic. Raphael is reliable, professional, and takes pride in his work. He’s definitely the contractor we’ll continue to call for future projects. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Guiterrez construction. From start to finish they were conscientious thorough and did an outstanding job. I love how they restored my patio. They even noticed That I over paid them and reached out to me so they could issue me a refund promptly. Very honest dealings and reliable.

I have worked with Raphael and his team on 3 protects on my home over the last 4 years and they are by far the best construction company I have worked with. Their customer service is top notch, making sure that we are always happy with their work. It is impeccable and always safely done. I never have to worry about them cutting corners or putting us in harms way. I trust him and his team and look forward to continuing to work with him in the future. Our projects have included concrete work/backyard renovation with new fence, pavers, retaining wall. Rebuild of our entire front porch, and interior work which included, rerouting exhaust, electrical, and carpentry. They can do it all.
