General Contractor reviews in Adelphi, Maryland

They do an absolutely amazing job remodeling my house! They redid the deck, painted, installed new carpet and tiles, the whole 9. The house looked absolutely amazing after they were finished and we were able to sell the house in record time. We couldn’t have done it without them! I was thoroughly impressed.

I just clicked on all the options about what I liked about Gutierrez Constructions. They are excellent professionals and very detailed oriented. We did a full renovation of our backyard that included replacing the stairs to the backyard that were from the 1950s, laying a new concrete pathway, two new concret pads for future sheds, retaining walls and movement of our slopping yard and a 21 by 29 ft low deck. The results are amazing. Rafael and the team thought about important details like drains for the retaining walls, hiding away the gutter drains and a complicated option to keep our deck low like we wanted it. We are most definetely calling them back when we continue with the work we need to do, like the new sheds and our front yard and driveway.

Gutierrez Construction did a great job! They were extremely helpful - making a potentially stressful situation easier. I had a vision...and they made great suggestions, but, allowed me to choose. They were also very aware and upfront with completion timelines, which every homeowner truly appreciates! It was a good experience working with Gutierrez Construction!

Gutierrez Construction did a great job on our back yard! Our hill was layered with a beautiful decorative brick, they cut the hill to also place a new shed, along with placing new sod . They were very easy to work with and the team was very nice and professional! We are calling them back next year to fix up our front yard and drive way!! I would definitely recommend them!!

Gutierrez Construction delivers the rare combination of high quality workmanship, effective project management, attentive customer service and competitive pricing. They were highly recommended to me by a neighbor, but I couldn't imagine how satisfied we would be. I give them the highest recommendation. Rafael operates with the highest integrity, and is committed to ensuring complete satisfaction. His crew is attentive to detail and continuously consulted with me to ensure alignment between their work and our expectations. Thank you, Rafael!

Contracted Uber for a plumbing job in DC, he did an excellent job and was very professional throughout the project. Highly recommend.

Uber did a wonderful job renovating my half bathroom! I’ll definitely use his services again for future home renovations. Thank you Uber!

Excellent, professional workmanship. Very knowledgeable with excellent service. After installing my water line, he installed a bathroom from scratch in a new location in my home. He is creative, helpful and honest. I definitely recommend his company.

“I recently hired Uber Remodeling to refurbish an old shed, and I’m thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and efficient. The work was done on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations. They were very clear about pricing, which was reasonable, and there were no surprises. I’m completely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Uber Remodeling for anyone looking for quality remodeling services.”

Talented crew, hardworking team, and excellent problem solvers. This company does great work, and I highly recommend their services. I will definitely continue to use them for my plumbing and home remodeling needs.

The hot water heater started leaking on Sunday morning. Uber responded within 30 minutes and came the same day for an assessment and quote. He was able to replace and install on Monday. Adjusted the location for better ventilation and even followed up post install. Definitely recommend Uber for your plumbing needs!

Uber is responsive, professional, and responsible. He came highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. I've worked with many plumbing professionals, and feel lucky to have found Uber!

Uber from uberplumbing&remodelingllc was respectful, capable, and professional in delivering high quality work to replace and reposition the shutoff valves for my washer. In addition to being stuck after 10 years, the old shutoff valves were originally placed so tight together and in a position difficult to see and reach. It looked intricate and difficult to work with. Uber did thorough inspection of everything first, listened carefully to understand my requirement, and then explained each option of solutions concisely and clearly. His new design made it very easy to access and each valve had now sufficient workspace around. In his work, Uber demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and attention to details. The cut of the drywall was precise, just right; at the work site, everything was so organized and cleaned neatly. Very satisfied with the result!

We have used Uber for remodeling and also smaller leaks/issues in the past. He and his team are trustworthy, reliable, efficient, fair priced, and they are a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Uber to any family or friends that are looking to do some plumbing work or even a major remodeling job.

We got this contractor's name from our neighbor. We used this contractor to replace our old water heater later summer. They installed a new water heater within 24 hours after a service call. Their job is professional and clean. Six months later, we had a issue with heater ignition. The service man helped to contact manufacturer and installed new parts to solve the problem. Since the heater is under the warranty, we don't have to deal with any paperwork or pay any out of pocket expense. They took care of everything for us. Uber P&R always responded at the earliest time and met our expectations.
