The Mr Appliance service technician Dwaun was very professional. He explained the two main issues typically found when a refrigerator stops working and approximately what would be involved in the repair of each. He then got right to work on my refrigerator.
Lucky for me, my refrigerator did not need any replacement parts, only a reset. Dwaun then reset the electronic indicators inside the refrigerator. I had already asked him some questions, but when he was finished his repair, he asked me if I had any more questions. He was very patient with questions and very thorough and his explanations. I was very pleased with the entire service.

Very professional - - troubleshoot lower oven element and found main control board defective. Part is not available due to age. Provided part number so I could look at third party vendors.

Range Hood Job: The first technician that was sent did nothing-didn’t even leave with the correct model number. I had to wait a few days for them to send another “more knowledgeable” technician who, even though I had sent a picture of where the motor was on the side of the house, shows up without a ladder. Now I need to wait longer for them to get a technician out there with a ladder. I got the run around from this company and in the end I had to use another company to get the job done. The level of knowledge, a lack of acceptable communication and an inability to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly regret ever calling Mr. Appliance and would not recommend if you want your appliance repaired in a timely manner.

I had a burner and an oven that needed repair. Paul was on time, knew his stuff and ordered necessary parts delivered to my house. He came out the day before thanksgiving and fixed both. Would use them again.
