    The Mr Appliance service technician Dwaun was very professional. He explained the two main issues typically found when a refrigerator stops working and approximately what would be involved in the repair of each. He then got right to work on my refrigerator. Lucky for me, my refrigerator did not need any replacement parts, only a reset. Dwaun then reset the electronic indicators inside the refrigerator. I had already asked him some questions, but when he was finished his repair, he asked me if I had any more questions. He was very patient with questions and very thorough and his explanations. I was very pleased with the entire service.
