I had a great experience with Sears! John G. Was my technician and he could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, helpful, or pleasant if he tried. He took the time to explain how my HVAC system works and really helped me to understand the options I have to get the most out of my unit and to solve my issues. 10/10 would recommend!!

Peter did a great job of diagnosing, ordering and fixing the dishwasher. The first time out, he arrived around 6pm, and the window ended at 5pm. My second appointment was 1-5pm and at 5:37pm I received a text that it was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. I could never contact anyone on the phone (had to chat with AI on the computer). My time was never considered or valued.
