    12/2025 - 01/2026 Second time using Kris Konstruction for home improvement and certainly won’t be the last! First time was a few years back to replace my townhouse roof. Once again, I called other companies for estimates on repairs and updating my home and help prioritizing projects. I either got no call backs or some very high-priced work. I called KK and left a message. Mike P., who oversaw my roof, called right away. I can’t tell you enough what an asset he and the different work crews that worked on my home projects, are to this company. I’m in a 1225sqft townhome and am staying put so time to work on it! We put upgraded NUCore Performance LVP throughout the downstairs and upgraded StainMaster Pet Pro carpet on the stairs, and nearly all of the upstairs. But it didn’t stop there. We re-manipulated the stairs (landing and steps) which involved creative thinking “outside the box” from my ideas and the purpose, to the crew implementing it. Another crew repainted the stairwell where I can’t reach and the upstairs for me. ALL of this at Christmas time with a decorated tree up, and tiny home again, moving furniture as we go to make room for the flooring and work. The tree only toppled once LOL! EVERYONE was kind, helpful, amazing to work with and I got the updated spaces kids and I wanted inside. Moving to the outside front of my townhouse. That was the bane of my existence and just UGLY! And not even functional! We started with new custom energy efficient windows in my front bay window area. New upgraded storm door then all new bay window and front door surround while repairing and improving functionality along the way. This created tears of happiness as I finally have both a functional AND Pretty home. Kudos to the outdoor crew of Tony and Ethan doing the work and helping me with the finishing touches. And Mike… He’s psychologist, sounding/vision board, “handholds” at the scary parts of construction, cheerleader when needed to keep going with this, the final results are SO WORTH IT!!!! I have future projects to do, bits at a time. I won’t even call another company. I’ll go right back to Mike P and Kris Konstruction for all my future home improvements. Thank you!

    I highly recommend Kris Konstruction. I was very happy with the replacement of my roof. Mike and the crew started from beginning to the end communicating with me step by step on what to expect. The roof looks beautiful and was stress free. Everything was done at a professional level. I thought it was going to be a long and stressful process dealing with a roofing problem but it was so easy and fast. They also made sure no mess was left behind for me to clean up. I noticed immediately other than how beautiful my roof looks with architectural shingles is my AC seems to be cooling my house better with the new roof. If you're looking for a company you can trust with good results call Kris Konstruction.

    Approximately 8 years ago, Kris Konstruction replaced a roof in my house. These days, I decided to remodel an upstairs bedroom. After removing the ceiling, the contractor, I hired, noticed water damage around a skylight and suspected the roof leak. Counting on the KK warranty, I called them. Obviously, KK pondered other reasons as well (e.g., the skylight is old and leaky). Still, a KK representative arrived to examine the leak and promptly accepted their (KK replaced roof) fault and scheduled the next visit to fix. I also appreciate that snowy weather did not delay KK fixing activity.

    Getting a new roof is a scary undertaking. Tyler Pusloski is my consultant and he answered all my questions and concerns. The roofing team showed up on time and did professional work. They also corrected damaged portions of the sub-roof. I have a chimney penetrating through a steep section of roof but I have no fear it will leak. I could see the care they took to do it right. A week or so after the installation a gutter fell off during a storm. They fixed it quickly demonstrating their professionalism and commitment to my project.
