I would recommend Kris Konstruction, and particularly Tyler for any other remodel I may have in the future.

Excellent service! Brandon made the process beyond simple, I had damage from a recent storm and he came out the same day I called for an inspection. Once Brandon was at my home and did his inspection he explained everything in detail and helped me through the process of replacing the roof. Overall great company and fast service! It's an ok company. They replaced our roof and it only took them a few days. Our roof looks good but they took some siding off because whoever flipped the house put caulking on s weird corner and they never got back to us on if they could patch the siding so you can see the white protection barrier where siding is missing.

We needed our roof replaced entirely due to a various amount of issues but mostly because there was a leak at the spot where the Flipper's contractors caulked. This leak caused water damage to our ceiling that they also repaired beautifully before painting over it.

They do cleanup all debris and stuff very well, which we were worried about at first with two dogs.

They are quick to pressure you into a sale, quick to schedule install, take there sweet time installing and cover cameras in your home, let your cat out 5 times, and quick to demand final payment even though they didn't complete the job, and threaten to send you to collections if you dont make final payment. Once you make the final payment they refuse to fix what is left to be done and ignore your calls and texts. We made a punch list at the first "final walk thru" and they took two weeks to fix them, while creating several more issues for the second "final walk thru". And have yet to fix the left over issues from our install. Please think twice before agreeing to have these people in your home. RUN AWAY!!!

I had a roof inspection completed for the apt community I manage. The inspector and account executive Selene Morley was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The inspection was very thorough and the report provided was very detailed. I appreciated the honest assessment without any pressure to pursue unnecessary repairs. I would recommend Selene to others looking for a reliable professional evaluation.

I requested an estimate for a shower remodel. Soon after I made the appt i was inundated with repeat phone calls to set up an appt. This was off-putting and annoying and made me feel as if the company was disorganized and unprofessional.
Tyler came out to my home on 1/8/26 and he seemed knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He showed me designs and proceeds to give me a series of price quotes. He quoted me the 1 year price as $17,606 and proceeded to quote me a price that was the monthly special as $16,198, then he proceeded to quote a price if I was interested in paying cash as $14,965. Lastly, he ended up offering me a price of $13,469 if I would commit to a contract that same day, this was what i considered a decent price but I was turned off by all the initial phone calls after I had made my appt. So it was a No for me.
Oh, and here is some important info. they reached out to me via text about three weeks later offering another price of a little over 10K to do my bathroom. This was suspicious to me because why such a low price? Do you really think I am going to accept and not think you will do inferior workmanship?
Lastly, here is were things get muddy, I told Tyler that I was planning on paying for my home improvements after I refinance and cashed out some equity in my home. I was specific in telling him I did not want to do any credit checks for that reason. He assured me that the credit check for financing would be a "soft pull" and would not show up on my credit. THIS WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE!
I started the refinance process a few weeks later and the lender flagged this as a possible debt on my credit report.
I immediately reached out to Tyler because when I tried to contact GREENSKY I was not successful because I was not given an application number when Tyler did the credit check.
The moral of this story is that Tyler has yet to get back to me probably because or their shady practices.
What I ultimate did was take their written estimate for $13,5469 and when I met with BATH PLANET a company located close to where I live (they have offices all over the US) they matched the offer. YOU should look them up or use Kwik Kitchens estimate and see if another company with match it. I recommend you do not do business with this company.
As for GREENSKY I should do a review for them anytime you cannot call a company directly that is not a good sign

Its been two years since I had my tub/shower bath remodeled. The walls look so nice, so easy to clean and no worries about water getting behind the walls since they are solid wall panels that look like beautiful large tiles. Guests that see my bathroom always complimenting how beautiful my bathroom is. The company has always provided exceptional customer service. From the front line sales representatives to the office staff whenever I call they are so pleasant and willing to help my concerns. With their Lifetime warranty here after two years they are coming out to refresh the caulking to make the unit look new and fresh. And as my family and friends know how strict I am with screening contractors know how happy I have been with this company's craftsmanship and customer service and with the company's referral bonus since friends have contracted to have a walk in shower installed, I received $1000.00. Fred Vaeth, production manager has been so good with returning calls and making sure that I'm happy still with the entire product and I am. The company provides great customer service, the product is beautiful and I've been a very happy customer. This company also did my new roof four years ago and that was the start of seeing the integrity this company of their services and again amazing customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael and his team to install a new roof on my townhome. My townhouse is unique in its height (3 stories, with my middle floor an extra foot higher than the other two). Kris Konstruction and the team were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and helping me find the best solution by suggesting a shingle that will last for a long time, given the height of my townhouse and the amount of wind my roof can encounter. Initially, we had an adjustor from my insurance company come out to see if they would cover a new roof. Kris was on-site to walk through with the adjustor and advocate on my behalf. I greatly appreciate this attention to detail because I would have been lost without their assistance. I now have a lovely new roof and a replacement for a piece of plywood that was rotting, which would not have been discovered if the roof had not replaced. Thank you for your attention to detail. I chose Kris Konstruction to do my roof replacement and they did not disappoint. The team replaced the original shingles with premium ones, improved the waterproofing underlay and replaced the leaf guards on my gutters.
