We had C&D installers put in a 15’ round pool and they were great! From start to finish the communication was awesome. They were very patient with us as we had to change install dates 3 times. On install day, Kevin and his crew were very kind and courteous, answering any questions we had. Kevin, the foreman, took time to ensure all things involving pool ownership was covered. Over all a very good experience and we will make sure to recommend them to everyone in the Baltimore area looking to install a pool!!

Guys from C & D installers worked in not so nice weather to get the replace pool liner. Foreman very knowledgeable and great customer service. Crew # 72 did a great job! Thanks!

Part of my liner came loose, so Cody from C & D Installers came out to take care of it. He was friendly, got the job done fast, and took the time to explain what he fixed. Really appreciated the quick service!

The guys were very professional. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. After install Kevin went over all instructions for us with filling pool and what to expect. I definitely would recommend.

They did an amazing job. It looks like a brand new pool and they stayed to make sure no holes while it was filling could not be happier. So after the install the water was not high enough to run the pump. Once the water level got to where I could run the pump this hose going from the pump to the filer who shoot right off. At 2 pm we called them and Kevin came right over in about an hour and it was fixed. Absolutely amazing service

Mike are Installer was amazing, meticulous, and very detail oriented. Cody, the inspector that came after was thorough and very informative. An amazing experience and we so appreciate all of their help. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Installers were fabulous. They obviously knew what they were doing and went out of their way to get what I needed even though it meant a trip back to the shop. They were friendly and courteous throughout. You may find an installation company that is a little cheaper, but C&D were worth a few extra dollars. From the person who answered my first call to completion of the installation, I had no complaints

C & D Installers did an excellent job on our liner change for our 18 x 33 ft. Above Ground Pool. Team #10 had the job completed in 3 hours and it looked amazing. They were prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend this company to others.

We had C&D install a 15x24 pool for us they were great.From the first call to the finish everyone was polite and courteous. The office staff knew about the pool we had purchased and seemed to really care about the process.the install crew got right to work and finished it up in less then a day. Very polite and friendly bunch of guys.I would recommend them to anyone !!

Installed a liner for my pool and that was done correctly but when the filter basket was installed it was not installed correct and fell off the wall. When I called to let them know, I was told that it would be a $125 service charge to come repair the job. This happened less than a month after it was installed. I was told that it must have been my fault. The installer’s left trash in my yard and sand all over my deck and were very messy. I would not recommend them doing any further work.

#70 Kevin's crew is really nice, hes easy to understand when he talks about installation. He made sure to check our pallet and confirm the parts were correctly on his sheet. They arrived and took about an hour and 15 mins, company came recommended. We're eager to see the prices of install and really hope were able to move forward with the installation of our above ground pool.

Installers were very diligent and professional. Highly recommend. Hard to find anyone this day and age that still cares about the quality in their craftsmanship like they did working on my pool.

Although there was a rain delay of a couple of days, they actually did a very good job. Kevin is awesome, very knowledgeable, high level of expertise among the workers especially the Jamaican guy. Everyone on the team was highly skilled and very professional. Would definitely recommend them putting in a pool again… even Kristen the administration person and scheduler was awesome. I just wish they were a little bit more responsive when you texted, but I know it’s a very busy time for them right now. The photos were taken after I finished the outlining… used black rubber mulch.

AJ did a fantastic job leveling out my super un level backyard for an above ground pool we had put in. He was timely and professional and super quick and efficient. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing similar work.
Unfortunately, I am sad to update my review as I have just been notified that although they install pools in our area, they consider us a travel area when it comes to seasonal pool services such as pool closing. We were under the impression from our local Leslie's (which C&D employees keep telling you to reach out to) works with this company for all services which is why we went with this local store and company. Its disheartening to find out after install that this is not the case and basically being told, too bad, figure it out. I did want to update this to include that they did offer to mitigate this situation if I paid a $300 travel fee which unfortunately isn't something I could realistically do since I was interested in their yearly discounted packages they were offering for opening and closing of the pool.

They did an amazing job and were very knowledgeable about above ground pools! They installed my original pool in 2015 and just installed a new liner this year 2025.

Man these guys were great! I mostly talked to AJ and Mike but the whole crew was top notch. They communicated well, respected my property, and had the pool done in a matter of hours. They made sure the placement of the pool was exactly where it needed to be and even offered advice on where to put the pump since we will be adding a deck down the road. I would highly recommend C&D to anyone who needs an above ground pool installed. Thanks!!

Kevin and his team did an excellent job. They arrived on time and got right to work. The bottom sand was pretty wet and they took their time to smooth it out. They cleaned up and Kevin took the time to answer my questions and explain things. Great job!

C&D just came out to install a pool liner, about $2500, as I had already bought the liner and base. My wife gave them a detailed explanation of the job, including how the pool was set up, surrounded by a deck. We paid the agreed upon deposit and they came out.

In classic "Bait and Switch" fashion they said "Oh, we didn't know the deck surrounded the pool that much." Really, we said it was surrounded by a deck , how much more did they need. They jacked up the price to over $3000 onsite.

My wife stopped the work and called the office, who argued and gave the lame excuse above. She told them to leave, so they dumped the bags of waste material they had already picked up back into our pool and fled the scene. I would not have cared if they left the trash, but dumping it back in the pool, come on, how childish.

Hey folks, I've got a really good attorney who will be contacting you or your resident agent, and I'll be calling Dover Pools and the other area suppliers to let them know how you choose operate.

Run, don't just walk away from these people.

C&D did an excellent job installing our new pool! Easy process, friendly office staff, and hard working installers! We are very happy with the services they provided. Highly recommend!
