When my company runs into a fire or flood loss, we don't hesitate to refer in ERS to handle the electronics, documents, and artwork when there's a need - we know our customers will be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism!

ERS was timely, professional and extremely accommodating in helping to restore and clean our appliances following water damage in our home. Steve was very sympathetic towards our situation and was flexible in picking up and dropping back off the harmed electronics. Thanks ERS for making our lives easier during this hectic time!

I can't thank Prism Specialies enough for doing a fantastic job with our personal belongings during our terrible house fire!! They were so efficient with pick up and returning all of our clothes, linens etc and we couldn't be more pleased with the professional cleaning they performed!! Even the communication and concern for situation was great! I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!!

I experienced significant issues with this company's service. My items were not delivered until nearly a year later, and there was a lack of communication regarding the delivery schedule, which left me no time to make necessary adjustments. I received a last-minute call informing me that my items would be delivered within a week and a half, with no opportunity to arrange for a larger storage unit if needed. Fortunately, my original storage unit was sufficient, but if it hadn't been, it could have caused major problems.

Additionally, after experiencing severe water damage last year, Prism and another company were responsible for delivering my cleaned items to a storage unit I had purchased. I received a random call stating that my items were still in their possession and needed to be delivered urgently, or I would be charged for the time they held them—even though these items had already been paid for by my insurance company. The delivery team, Gio and Manuel, were very professional and made sure the boxes fit into the storage unit, allowing me to take some items home. However, the upper management was dismissive and unprofessional; the receptionist even raised her voice at me over the phone and interrupted me when I didn't agree with their handling of the situation. They showed no accountability for their mistakes and seemed to throw my belongings back at me without any apology or effort to rectify the situation.

I had to rearrange my work schedule to accommodate their timing, which was frustrating and unprofessional. It felt as though they believed they were doing me a favor, rather than fulfilling their responsibilities to facilitate my move properly. While the packing itself was well done, the issues stemmed from poor leadership and lack of planning.

If you decide to use this company, I strongly recommend clear communication and precise coordination of your needs. They had to come to my house multiple times to retrieve items I initially requested to be picked up, and my belongings were not delivered until September of the following year—again, due to a failure to reach out proactively.

Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I would advise caution when considering their services.

This by far has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Kim was so attentive when they were receiving the business to restore my personal property from a flood back in November. I’ve been reaching out to this company to receive an update and has no response. The last time I spoke with them they stated they were waiting for a part for the washing machine after they assured me they were return my property in 7 days. It’s now a new year and it’s still no response. If you couldn’t fulfill the order then they should have returned the property. The professionalism and communication is terrible!

Ali and Reuben were excellent. They were fast, efficient, and took great care to keep things clean and undamaged. They were extremely helpful reassembling a few items. It was great interacting with both of them. Highly recommended! Thank you again!

If I could give negative ratings I would. We had windows and doors of a century-old house renovated and it was a terrible experience. The quality was so poor we had to hire restoration professionals subsequently to remedy what Second Century messed up. Work was extremely shoddy, it took months and months beyond what was promised, the owner was unresponsive, and costs were not insignificant. Don’t hire this company ever; you’ll save yourself a world of restoration pain.

The porch built by Second Century Homes was constructed without a proper permit and ultimately failed inspection. Major appliances and fixtures were either improperly installed or not delivered. The initial timeline for construction was three months; the project remained unfinished after a year.

Great work at a very fair price. I contracted them to cut out drywall, remove insulation, and replace the insulation and drywall. They arrived on time, did the work efficiently, and treated my house with great respect. It was easy to schedule and they are flexible enough to work on weekends and were able to schedule the job quickly to accommodate my needs. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship on the drywall, which will make it very easy to paint. I would certainly use them again for any type of job, large or small and I would recommend that anyone else use them as well.

When my mom was in the hospital, she spent over 20K rebuilding the windows in her 1890 home. She passed and never moved back into her house. I inherited the home and moved in this summer. Now that it's cold out, I must say these windows are horrible!! Cold air rushes in so badly that I can see the curtains move, and the bathrooms are unusable without space heaters. I can't even imagine what our utility bills are going to be.

We had an awful experience working with Second Century to renovate our kitchen. When we moved in in 2018, they did remediation needed for our FHA loan, which was fine, except for pushing us to get a ventless dryer and washer unit which now means we have to run a humidifier in the laundry room at all times. Whatever.

We hired them again to remodel our kitchen and build a bathroom in an old pantry, during the pandemic. I am more than understanding of how insane and awful that time was. However, I was taken advantage of because of that understanding, as well as my age and gender. This project lasted over six months, and we have had to spend thousands of dollars repairing where they cut corners, after I was spoken down to as a young woman (when I was right.) There would be multiple days where no one would show up to move the work forward.

One example: When we made the plans for the kitchen, we decided on teal cabinets. Lawrence said "no worries, we'll buy them untreated and paint them in our shop then hang them." I come home one day to see his team started hanging the cabinets, white laminate. I ask Lawrence, "when were you going to paint them?" He had forgotten. He says "we'll just paint them hung up." I express my concern that the paint will flake off, and he tells me I'm wrong. He goes ahead with his plan, and immediately the paint flaked off.

Not to mention the water that is leaking into the house from the back wall, pointing on stone that was incomplete, and the wood floor that is already water damaged and wearing away in one spot.

I would not recommend hiring this company.

My wife and I are completely satisfied, impressed and grateful for the excellent work that Bruce Curtis and the Greenleaf team did on the exterior and interior of our home. They were consistently responsive, diligent and skillful. They did superb work, in a timely way, and their communication throughout the process was great. We recommend Greenleaf Construction whole heartedly.

Greenleaf had helped us remodel 3 bathrooms in our 100 year old home a few years back. We were so pleased with them, so when we wanted to remodel our kitchen, replace outdated windows and redo our front walk and back patio there was no one else we would've called. They are great to work with and use quality craftsman. Trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable. We can't recommend them enough!
