We'd had so much trouble getting the electricity fixed in our garage, tried a different electric company, they sent us to BGE, BGE said we needed an electrician....after going through hoops we reached out to RPM and Ryan was quick to get us in his schedule and immediately knew what the problem was after coming over and taking a look. A months-long problem was fixed in a week with his help. Would definitely recommend for your electric needs!!

Ryan did excellent work for our home. He was very professional, communicated well throughout the process, and finished the job efficiently. Also was very flexible considering our busy schedule. Highly recommended.

I plugged in a lamp and the outlet caught on fire and it freaked me out ! I called RPM and Ryan was out within an hour and fixed the outlet. Super kind , super knowledgeable and I felt a lot safer knowing my house wasn’t going to blow up! Reasonably priced for the fast repair and peace of mind. Thanks Ryan! Will def be calling RPM for any future electrical work.

Ryan was awesome. Patient, explained everything that he was doing, thorough, and hardworking. He troubleshot multiple things when trying to install a switch in our home. He was also very responsive and came quickly when we needed him. Will call him for any of our future electrical needs.

These guys are great! They came out and took care of a few electrical issues we were having like a fan that wasn't working and a light switch that was broken. They did a great job for a great price!

One week ago Jason showed on time to look at the work we wanted told me he would a quote that afternoon I was looking in spam as well sent a text that evening no reply next afternoon I call he sends text saying one be over shortly still nothing. Just checked and spam nothing.

I called this company to come out and do some electrical work at my house. One of the things I liked most is when I called I talked to a real person, I didn't have to leave a message and or talk to an automated machine. They were out with in a day or two. Took care of the things I needed cleaned up and was on there way. The service was great they gentleman was polite and professional. I will use them as my go to from now on.

I think that the true test of character is how someone responds when things go wrong. There was a slight problem with a job but Charm City Electric came back and fixed it and responded professionally. l would use them again.

Found this company through the Canton Neighbors Facebook page and am so glad I did! Came out same day and fixed the problem (bad breaker) for way less than the other guys. A wire came loose and Joe came back and fixed it for no charge right away. I recommend this company!
