Their stuff cracks

Took them 2 hour to get my material ready . i only ordered a couple things . nothing big just simple stuff .

Very rude I was trying to sell her some stuff that she acquired about buying from me and she hanged up the phone on me and had a attitude. What kind of business is this?

I had to use this company, as they were assigned to me from Home Depot. It seems to be a one-man team, he came to my house didn’t complete the service and left before letting me know (I thought he was coming back inside). When I called him back to find out where he was, he was it was fixed (the issue was not) and that he had another job and would try to get me back on the schedule. He never called, but I called and left messages for the next three days. Then I got a notification from American Homeshield that closed my ticket. So I called American Homeshield back and so they reopened the ticket as a recall, meaning he would get paid again for coming back out. The issue still wasn’t fixed by him, so I feel like he did it on purpose by getting paid twice for not doing anything.

Great experience! Had an issue with our kitchen outlets and needed a fuse replaced. Swift Electric was easy to communicate with, they were on time, gave a quote and stuck to it, had the issue resolved within 2 hours including having them go get the part that was needed from Home Depot. They also explained the issue and I felt really confident in what they were doing. Will definitely use them again for our electrical needs.

Twice I have made an appointment with him where he has not showed up. Nor did he bother to give either myself or my son a call to re-schedule. He has not kept his word and has not shown me any reliability.

Did a wonderful professional job with my basement outlet problems repairing and adding outlets. Came as promised and worked extremely efficiently and silently. Left the place cleaner than it was. Highly recommended!

Tom and his crew of electricians were excellent. I had to do a panel upgrade and electric vehicle charger and they were a joy to work with getting it done. He will likely be a longer wait than most, but it never hurts to ask and once he starts he will be with you through the end. Very fair prices!

Tom and his staff did an excellent job! We needed baseboard electric heater installed, Undermount kitchen lights replaced, ceiling fan installed, and new transformer for exterior lights. His staff came promptly and were very professional and polite. They explained everything and were very neat. Have used them before. Highly recommend if you need any electrical work done.
