Our experience with Timber Pros Tree Care from start to finish was absolutely OUTSTANDING and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!! I originally contacted Victor, who was extremely responsive throughout the process. He came out to our house immediately, gave us an estimate via email right away, and once we made a decision, he ensured the process was handled seamlessly. The crew was on time, worked very carefully and efficiently, and their clean-up was meticulous. The crew chief, Selvin, couldn't have been nicer to work with. I discussed my concerns with him about protecting our shrubs, garden, other trees, etc. and the hole crew took extra care not to damage anything during a complicated tree removal process. After our initial tree removal, we had the same crew come back to remove the dead wood from our tree as well as a few other large branches. Once again, the experience was OUTSTANDING. Thank you so much for doing such a GREAT job!!!

This company is licensed, insured, and does great work. Today I had an appointment with Victor for an estimate on some tree trimming of several trees around my house. Victor arrived as planned, we discussed what I wanted to get done. He gave me the best of four estimates and told me they were working in my area. I agreed to the price and before 3:00PM the work was completed. The workers did an excellent job and cleaned up professionally and headed for the next job by 4:30. I highly recommend them. Theirs was the best, and lowest of four estimates. If you need tree work done properly, call Timber Pros Tree Care.

I had a huge white oak get blown over, blocking my driveway and my neighbors’ driveway. I needed help fast. They weren’t the cheapest quote but I’m so glad I went with them. They came the next day, when they said they would. They did careful work around my house and my neighbors’ house. They avoided blocking a busy street. They finished in less than a day. They not only cut some firewood to the length I requested, but they figured out where I would want it stacked and stacked it without me asking them to.

This is the best Tree Service ever ! The crew was so professional & very caring about my property. Their clean up was impeccable & reasonably priced. I highly recommend Victor @ Timber Pro 😊

I spoke with Victor on Thursday morning about removing 3 Bradford Pear trees and 10 hedge trees with stump grinding. By mid-day, Mario came over and provided a more than reasonable quote.

Mario and his crew of 8 arrived Friday at 2:35, and by 3:50 the job was completed with not a twig in sight. Great job!

I'm writing this review while the Timber Pro team is taking trees down in my yard. All companies should look at Timber Pro for how to run a service company. The communication was on point, the estimator was great-educating me about the process and giving me some options. The team showed up this morning, as planned. I'm so impressed with how well they work together and how kind they are. The estimator told me the yard would be cleaned up after the trees were taken down and I have to say, its looking like the trees were never there. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I had a great experience with Mario’s team at Timber Pros Tree Care! They were able to come out to my house to get the job done only 2 days after I confirmed that I wanted them to do the work. Their prices are reasonable, especially given the complexity of the job. They removed two very large trees (at least 60 ft tall with 3 ft diameter trunks) located less than 15 ft from 2 houses and did not damage either of the houses or any of my hardscape features in the backyard. I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation and will call them first for future jobs.

From the time of free estimate to completion of cutting down multiple very large trees and trimming others, Timber Pros crew were awesome. Worked tirelessly for a full day. Cleaned up yards after cutting the trees and extra shrubbery. Very efficient and price was much lower than a previous company estimated. Very reasonable. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Had some tall oaks, some dead branches, and they tackled all of it beautifully! They ground the stumps and left the mulch as instructed, and they cleaned up some of our trees, and took all the debris when they left. They made me aware that the heavy machinery will put some damage on the grass, we've done this before and we were aware of the process, but appreciated that they were upfront about it too. They were very good at communication. It was super super easy to deal with them, I requested insurance information, that was sent to me within hours of my request, and I was able to sign sign the paperwork and get on their schedule quickly. They were here the next day, and that was amazingly efficient! And they did all of the work in less than 5 hours. The crew was wonderful, the foreman was wonderful, I thank them all, and wholeheartedly recommend Timber Pros!

One of the things that originally stuck out the most to me is that they don't just cut trees, they care for them! They consider how the cuts will affect the overall health of the tree 🌳
I had a mulberry tree that was choking out my Dogwood and Cherry trees, not to mention that it dropped thousands of berries on a hill that almost caused me to slip under my mower. That was the last time I was going to let that happen!

I am extremely happy with my service from Paco and crew. They removed 3 trees (2 large, 1 small) and also provided stump grinding. They showed up on the coldest day of the year, no problem! They were super friendly, fast, efficient, and cleaned up everything beautifully. Very reasonably priced as well. They definitely earned my trust and recommendation!

These guys are the best! Not only can they tackle the tallest trees with ease and care, they clean up the area so well you hardly knew they were there. I even asked them to remove an additional tree the day of them coming to my property and they gave me a fair price and took care of it that day. Victor and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Victor came out quickly to provide an estimate, walked me through which trees made the most sense to remove, and provided a quote on the spot.

He was also incredibly accommodating with scheduling—working us in and even adjusting appointments to fit around my work schedule, which I really appreciated.

On the day of service, the crew arrived right on time and worked impressively fast. I was amazed at how efficiently they removed 10 large trees. They also went above and beyond by cutting up a few trees for us to keep as firewood, grinding the stumps, and elevating existing trees to improve the overall look of the yard. The cleanup was thorough, and everything was left in great condition.

While traveling abroad, at neighbor texted me that a tree in my yard became uprooted in storms this week. Using Google Maps - I found Express Tree Service and they came out right away to assess the problem and then came and got the tree. When I got home - I was astonished to see zero trace of the tree!! They not only cleaned up every bit of debris but they put everything back in place in my gardens. They replied promptly to my text and calls through the entire process. Outstanding service!
