BEWARE of this company!!! The first meeting Ivan showed up over two hours late to a planned appointment. I still showed him the project and decided to use him because I was trying to move in quickly. We agreed on a start date. I communicated the rules and hours of the building however Ivan along with his crew showed up over 30 min early and when they were not allowed to enter the building stormed off and said they would start the next day. The next day Ivan did not show up with his crew and I ended up having to explain the project to them. The following day Ivan once again was not present but work seemed to be going ok until one of the workmen hit the fire sprinkler head in the bathroom while he was patching a whole in the ceiling. They estimated that thousands of gallons of water went through my unit, into an adjacent unit and three hotel rooms below me. Ivan promised up and down that he was not going anywhere and would make it right however he never took responsibility in any way. He even ask me to lie about what happened to his insurance company who by the way did not even get involved until 3-4 months after the event due to Ivan’s incompetence. My home was unlivable for almost six months and it was a full time job to just get any funds from insurance. Ivan not one time ever checked in to see how things were going or ask if there was anything he could do. The level of incompetence and negligence I experienced is unbelievable. Please save yourself much suffering and use someone else!

We were very happy with our experience using Ivan and team on our listing property in Canton in late '24. They painted the entire interior of the house (baseboards, walls, trim, ceilings, etc). Their team even, unprompted, took down and replaced shelving, handrails, etc while painting to ensure a thorough and clean paint job. They also replaced numerous light fixtures, and installed large mirrors/vanities in the bathrooms. Lastly, when the work was done we utilized their cleaning team for a full house clean. Throughout the scope of the project, the team showed up everyday, cleaned up after themselves, and I was able to communicate with Ivan regarding any challenges and or/issues as they came up. I found Ivan very easy to work with.

Ivan and his team did a wonderful job helping us prep our home to sell! They were quick, efficient and professional! They repaired our deck, installed a backsplash, installed a brand new exterior door as well as replaced all of our interior doors and other cosmetic repairs and updates around the interior of our house. I would highly recommend Ivan & team for your home repair needs!

They are a great vibe. Love when I use this service. They leave everything nice and sparkling. The owner is very responsive and posts great attention to detail.

Monqiue was absolutely brilliant, went above and beyond, and was delightful. I would be very pleased to have her come over again.
