They do a good job but every time they come the price increase by $10.00 and I am never told before they start. I dont feel that is good customer service.

This carpet cleaning company is excellent. Always on time and the price cannot be beat! Would definitely recommend.

Jimmy did my basement carpet and sofas and they turned out phenomenal. I have three boys and a dog and they are harsh on the carpet and furniture and now they look brand new!!

The person who answered the phone was so rude I hung up before I even booked the service. If they want more business they should learn to treat people with more respect. I would advise finding a company with higher customer ratings.

Bought a house, got it for a great price, but the carpet was stained horribly. Didn’t have money to replace carpet yet, Mr.Marx did an incredible job cleaning them. So awesome!!

Please avoid!!! Highly unimpressed with the lack of customer service recieved. Most expectations weren't met. In the event that you're unreachable this particular buisness will pop up unannounced and without your consent leave your items. Business could use some major improvements and or more staff to assist in giving better overall service.

As a property manager for more than 250 properties, Jimmy and Reggie have been my go to for both flood and carpet cleaning (yes, even sewage). For nearly 30 years, Jimmy has been an exceptional cleaner (we can tell if he has been there because of the beautiful, cleaned pattern he leaves in each room. Further, Jimmy has saved some carpets that I though surely we would need to replace. They pre-treat every room prior to the thorough cleaning, leaving the carpet surprisingly dry. They have always been there for us in a pinch and their. prices are good. I had no problem recommending CCC to my tenants in hopes that I don't hire a discount cleaner and we don't have to have the carpet cleaned a 2nd time by Jimmy. I have definitely seen my share of poor quality carpet cleaners and Jimmy is at the top!

Jimmy and his teammate were excellent! They showed up on time and cleaned the wall-to-wall carpeting in my basement. They were able to lift a stain that I thought was permanent. They were speedy and professional and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I have used Jimmy and Reggie services on more than one occasion for my personal homes and they do amazing work. In one of my homes Jimmy and Reggie came to clean carpets and when he saw the carpet Jimmy asked are you sure you want to clean the carpet it's time to replace. I assured him I wanted the carpet cleaned one last time before replacing and he did an amazing job restoring some life to what was left of the carpet. They were fast and friendly and the price was always good. I would definitely use CCC services in the future when needed.

I am always quick to referral, with confidence, everyone I know in need of a carpet cleaner to Jimmy! He is a very honest man with fair pricing. I hired him numerous times over the years to clean rental properties and all of the tenants who also used him often reached out to obtain his information for future use. I never received a single complaint using him and his company.

DO NOT SOLICIT THIS BUSINESS. SCAM! My brother purchased his first home and found this company to clean his carpets. Myself, my parents, and my brother heard the owner say the cost would be $150 for two rooms, stairs, and living room. When he was finished he charged us $250. THE CARPET LOOKED THE EXACT SAME? The issue was he lied and tried to bully me, a young woman. He became aggressive and knocked on my window saying he’ll need to follow me for the money. My brother is too nice and said just give him the money but I do not like liars! He attempted getting aggressive with me in the Bank of America parking lot and I started screaming at the top of my lungs. I’m a young single small woman faced with two old aged white men who were larger than me. He was aggressive and not kind. What baffled me the most was his ability to lie. Thankfully I was on the phone with the police the entire time. If it were me I would not have paid but because my brother instructed me to do so since I was alone I did. If you choose to work with this business before he enters your home make sure you confirm the cost and do not let him come until you have received an invoice. Not a great start to my day. Not a genuine business. Scam and poor cleaning.

Our hot water heater burst and we needed someone quickly. I try to always support local small businesses and Catonsville Carpet Cleaning service was my first one called at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday and I am glad I did so. Johnnie and Reggie came over instantly, ensured our water was turned off, set up powerful wet vacuums and sucked out over 200 gallons of water. They were able to save the carpeting and items on the floor.

Upon leaving day 1, they left 2 industrial fans and a dehumidifier on, knowing they would be returning the next morning on Thursday. I was asked to move the fans around in a few hours to help with drying. Return they did....at 7:30 a.m. ...a time convenient for both me and the men. They moved the fans and the dehumidifier as needed and checked out the drying progress.

We would meet again on day 3 Friday at 7:30 a.m. if needed. However, progress was so good, it wasn't necessary and we met at 7:30 a.m. on Monday instead. Not only did they come to check on the progress, they cleaned everything up, did additional sanitizing and returned all items to their place.

Pricing was as quoted on day 1 and that was the price kept and honored.

I highly recommend them for carpet cleaning related services.

Jimmy worked with us on a tight schedule during our move to Colorado. He is super friendly and very flexible with timing. If we weren’t leaving Maryland, he would be the only carpet cleaner we’d use. He was super great to our dog who was home while he worked and very quick. The carpets looked amazing! They actually looked like they’d been replaced, even though our townhouse has very old carpets. He also gave me a ton of advice on how to keep carpets fresh and what products to use in the future, even with pet stains/smells. 5/5, reasonable price and great guy to work with.
