Contacted this company to clean 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom from 8-9am. After 5 minutes late I called and asked if they were still coming, they said yes. After 20 minutes late I had to cancel. They then said, "We'll never come to your house again if you cancel." My response was, "That's fine," and they hung up on me. Worst experience ever!

P.S. The owner has responded to my message. The owner and I did not discuss a window of arrival, we discussed a window for cleaning from 8-9am. During our conversation I made it clear that I had to leave for work at 9am. I did not refuse to let anyone in because no one knocked on my door. At about 8:35-8:40am someone pulled into my driveway got out, got back in quickly, and immediatedly backed out to go in the other direction. If that was them, they were successfully 35-40 minutes late. Like I said, they got out of the car and then got back in. No questions asked, no knocking, no refusal to allow entry, and no one asked me for a cancellation fee. Granted, I don't think they could have told me about the cancellation fee because they hung up the phone on me.

The worst part, they open at 7am. I was told they don't do anything earlier than 8am and their business location is only 5-10 minutes from my home. How can this be explained with anything other than terrible service?

I had Maryland Cleaning Services do a move out clean for a new listing. The house was extremely dirty. The ladies never complained and went above and beyond to make the property shine. Thanks!

Great value and customer service! I wish I had found this company years ago, because I would have hired them as my regular house-cleaning service in an instant. Instead, I only found them as I was moving out of my home and needed it cleaned on a tight schedule before my tenants moved in. The owner was so courteous to me, accommodating my schedule and following up with a reminder call. After, he sent me pictures so I could see the great job his crew did. Highly recommended!

I used Maryland Cleaning Service over the Holiday to clean my home. The person who setup the appointment for me was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. The cleaning people were very professional, they arrived on time was ready to work. We did a walk through of the area that needed to be cleaned and they started to work. They cleaned 3 bath room, kitchen stove, counter tops microwave and floor. They vacuum, dusted my bed rooms, living room, dinning room and swept the area in the basement. I had been trying to get my marble tile in the foyer shining without and smears and the young lady was able to get it to shine. I was very pleased with the work they did and will use the service again.

I booked a deep clean of our split level home. The ladies took their time to dust, vacuum and/or mop each room. All was left sparkling and smelling fresh when they were done just in time for our Christmas celebrations. Highly recommend this company.

Green Apple Cleaning service is very responsive and always checks in with the studio I manage to ensure everything is to our liking. They do a great job!

Stay away from this business!!!! The owners and their employees are not trustworthy. I'm pretty positive that they don't have insurance, so if they break or ruin something in your house, they will just lie about it instead of covering it like a legitimate business would. They are now in the process of bribing the few customers that they have to write good reviews about them so they can get discounts. They wouldn't have to bribe their customers if they ran a good business in the first place. Bottom line... choose another cleaning service.

The entire experience was perfect from the beginning: Very responsive, right on time and flawless work. Based on their perfect work and the ease of scheduling the service, I can only recommend Green Apple.

The previous review is probably from someone who works for their company. I was sorry to have not read the reviews prior to asking them to clean my home. I had just cleaned it three weeks prior. They said it took them 3 hours and they left a lot of scrubbing for me to do. When I called them out on it they actually had the nerve to tell me that I was undercharged. I will NEVER use them again and advise you not to either.
