Really thorough and reliable. Always on time and checks in to make sure everything was cleaned to our liking. The fitness studio I manage is huge and two levels. Cleans everything to a T and great price!

Exceptional service and a very good price. I had a hard time finding a company with quality service. Its great to finally find a company I dont have to go behind and do additional cleaning. My house is spotless when they're done.

They showed 2 hours late, with no supplies, 2 girls show to clean a 2500 sq ft row house for the "platinum move in deep clean" - they didn't even have a mop.

I gave them a mop and a bucket and a broom and they went to work. The house is obviously still dirty, they didn't use hardly any cleaning supplies. I had to tell them to clean the Windows as they were trying to leave, then go back and clean behind furniture and on the top of furniture. My floors were still dirty when they left, spilled a little water and went to wipe it up and it came up black. I checked the rest of my floors and they were filthy too!!!

I called them and Jessica answered the phone - all attitude!!! She was SSSOOOO RUDE!!!!

I get the boss, Patrick, to call back. He just talks over me while he tells me he is going to charge me full price. He then mentions that I wrote a bad Yelp review on him and have no right to call him and complain!!! What a jerk!! Gives bad service, doesn't care, and then when you call him out in a review he gets mad and insulting!!!

Hey Patrick and Jessica, you can be rude to people like this and run a business. I may not be able to bury you all by myself in bad reviews, but your customers will continue to give these bad reviews. The positive reviews couldn't be more FAKE!!

BEWARE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS - they give a discount to customers who post 5-star reviews. Its a violation of Google policy and they should be strucken from the record.

The cleaners appeared on time for the 10:30 a.m. February 8 cleaning service. They left at about 12:15 p.m. (I needed to leave my house at 12:00 noon for a 1:00 p.m. meeting at College Park, but I couldn't).

They vacuumed my upstairs carpeted floor (one bedroom, one hallway, and one flight of stairs) with ONLY an upright Oreck vacuum. Thus, none of the dirt that was in the crevices between the carpeted area and wall were lifted at all. Who cleans without vacuum attachments?

A few days after they had cleaned the house -- 3 days to be exact (we went away after February 8), we found the splashguard in the upstairs bathroom to be detached. The lady who was cleaning SHOULD HAVE told me about this especially since I was sitting in the room next to the bathroom while she was cleaning it. The splashguard was not detached before they got there -- it came undone after they cleaned the tub. The splashguard becoming detached in not a big deal; we can fix it BUT not telling me about it and keeping it on the hush -- IS A BIG THING! I don't trust the cleaners that Green Apple Cleaning hires and therefore, do not trust Green Apple Cleaning either.

The cleaners told me to check my downstairs as they were mopping the downstairs wood floor and about to leave. The floor was WET, if I walked on it, there would be marks on it. So, I couldn't check my downstairs area before they left.

I told Bart (the lady whom I talked to when making this cleaning appointment and later emailed) about the first two problems and CUSTOMER SERVICE was an ABSOLUTE ZERO!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and find a different cleaning company!

After years of having in house cleaners, it is an absolute pleasure knowing that you will never have to worry about how your office space looks like again! Absolute delight.

We used Green Apple for the first ever and selected the Gold package. The cleaners were on time, but within 10 minutes of being in our house, they broke a candle in the bathroom. The degree of cleaning was not thorough whatsoever. They missed two ceiling fans (guest room and living room) and there was dirt all over the guest bedroom duvet cover from what appears to be an attempt to dust/clean the ceiling fan or something else. While the guest bathroom floor was being mopped, the cleaning lady carelessly spilled the mop water into the floor vent, which caused it trickle down into ceiling vent in the kitchen. The vacuum cleaner that they used did not pick dirt or lint from the rug in the living room or the rooms upstairs. The trash was not collected from the guest room. The insides of our closets were not vacuumed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. We are VERY disappointed in your employees' carelessness with handling fragile objects and lack of thoroughness in carrying out all of the items that are included in the Gold Package.

I am not sure what I paid for. I bought the platinum cleaning service. Asked that they give me a call if it goes beyond 3 hours, just to set a parameter. Scheduled for noon. I waited until 1PM. I called them and was informed they were running late. Got a call around 230 requesting access. Was charged the 3 hours. No quality call, no request for more time to clean properly. Wall, windows, floors, still dirty. Oven not cleaned, cabinets and drawers not cleaned. Called to ask for my invoice and explained my displeasure. They came back out and cleaned the windows and kitchen cabinets. Walls still dirty, drawers still dirty, oven dirty, blinds, etc. I wasn't there that time either. My gf and I spent another 3 hours or so doing what I tried to pay pros to do. Ive never written a review before, but this complete lack of effort inspired me. They probably do a fine job if the place is already clean. This was a post remodeling clean up and money really was not an issue. We just wanted a professional cleaning. I'll try to post pics.

I have been using Green Apple Cleaning for almost two years and have been relying on them since day one without disappointment. The cleaning staff is very professional and thoughtful in their work while the office staff is very flexible and friendly making a clean house one less thing I have to worry about.

I swear by Green Apple. I have been working with them for years. They are trust worthy, personable and efficient. I use them for both commercial and residential services. What I value most is the communication and adjustments to things on the fly. In the busy world that we live in, its good to know that cleaning is one less problem!

We have received the cleaning service for our 4 bd and 3.5bath group house. Overall, it was a great experience. The cleaning crew has done a great job cleaning the place up in a short period of time. They arrived on time and was very courteous. They verified the areas to be cleaned and got to work quickly. Our place looked great after. I would recommend the service to anybody.

Eliza and Elizabeth do a very good cleaning job for me. They have done very well each time they clean for me and they even do the little things that I ask. Also, they are very nice and pleasant. After my first cleaning, Sandra and Delmira were eager to make sure that everything was to my liking, and I have to admit, I was blown away by their care and attention to detail. They truly go above and beyond, and I am enormously thankful for their warmth, their thorough vacuuming (with multiple dogs, a huge plus), and the little touches throughout the house that demonstrate the high standards the company evidently strives to uphold. I am now sitting in a beautifully clean house - something I can't do on my own anymore, and it is thanks to them! I've used Green Apple on several occasions and they always do a great job. They're always willing to work with my schedule and I trust them with my key so they can do their thing while I'm not home. Definitely recommend!

My rating on actual cleaning services is 5 stars. They do an amazing job and I have recommended them to my neighbors. However, their customer service is abysmal. I have been trying to book a Platinum service package for over 2 weeks now, calling and leaving messages, and still have not heard back from them. If you’re look for a service to be performed with the month, I suggest trying somewhere else.

I love this company! I consider myself a tidy person; I put things away regularly and vacuum often, but I dislike dusting and am not one to wipe down baseboards and areas that require more elbow grease. That's where Green Apple Cleaning is a savior. I use the services once a month to get into the nooks and crannies of my apartment.

The company is locally-based and owned, which are pluses in my book. In addition, it's licensed and insured, so if anything is lost or broken, I'm covered - many individual cleaning people do not have this protection.

I, for one, love the feeling of coming home to a spotless place! It's an amazing feeling! I can't recommend this company enough!

My experience with this company was awful. We thought we were doing a good thing by having a professional cleaning done for our house after we moved out. Dealing with a cross-country move with 2 small children is very tough and we wanted to make our lives a little easier even though we knew it would cost us money we should have used on the move. The employees of this company left a large and ugly stain on the hardwood floors that was not present when they arrived. This can be confirmed by several people including the movers. They questioned my integrity in front of my son which is extremely offensive to me and disrespectful. My husband has tried to contact the owner, Patrick, numerous times and he has gotten the run-around from the office manager, Ambur, who says she cannot help with the situation. Someone needs to fix the problem they caused. The overall cleaning was mediocre, there were several spots on the floors that were not removed that I easily removed with only water and a sponge. After the extreme stress caused by this company and the repeated dishonesty, and avoidance by management I highly recommend NOT using Green Apple Cleaners located on Ponca St. Baltimore, MD!!!! Spend your money somewhere else, this is a bad business!

We requested Green Apple Cleaning's services shortly before welcoming our first child. As first-time parents deep in the throes of nesting, we had high expectations. Also, we really didn't want to kill our first-born, so we were eager to find a company that used environmentally-friendly products.

Green Apple Cleaning satisfied our expectations (and neuroses) completely. The customer service agent with whom we arranged the session was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable, and the two employees who performed the cleaning were professional, efficient, and effective. In fact, the best complement I can pay them is my mother-in-law's response when they were finished: "I guess there's nothing left for me to do."

It doesn't get much better than that!

Venessa and Katherine have been an excellent team, and I am grateful that they are always assigned to clean my home. They do a good job of cleaning, and beyond that, they are friendly and willing to make minor changes to their routine if I request it. Additionally, they phone me if they are delayed or running ahead.
