Quick response time! After a long winter under shrinkwrap, boat was foul and DIRTY! The team came in in a few hours and made the boat smell/look new!

I could not be happier with the work Access Mold and Fire Remediation did at my home. They not only were super prompt at getting the work started (totally necessary in flood situations) but they were highly detail oriented. They completed the job in a fast but effective manner and left the space super clean. They also were great at communicating each step of the process. Thank you so much! They are a get it done and get it right company. They are professional, knowledgeable, and treat your home as if it were their own. You will amazed!

this is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. the whole system is set up to scam you and the insurance company. they catch you in a vulnerable situation and put papers in front of you and have you sign them knowing that you are distraught and will do anything to get the problem solved and quickly. a complete and total scam and rip off! I was charged almost 1000.00 for them to virtually 'do nothing' ...and I had to pay out of my pocket as they said the insurance company would not be covering it - which was yet another lie. I implore you to stay away from this deceitful company.

These guys really came through for me. We had a horrible mold problem in our basement and we had to leave the house and I was so stressed out and everybody in the company was really great at talking me through the process and keeping me in the loop. It has been a pleasure working with them and I will use them in the future for sure.

In 2015 we had a pipe burst and we went to service master for the water mitigation. They did a good job and we have no lingering issues but some of their equipment did scratch one of the tiles in the doorway of one of our bathrooms.
