I experienced a water damage in my new home due to the builder not installing my door correctly. The crew at ServiceMaster of Baltimore were knowledgeable, professional and honest with me as to what was going on and how long it would take to get my home dry. They made a very stressful situation easy for me by dealing directly with my insurance company and providing me all the documentation for my builder. They are the best in the business! Will definitely call them again if I need these types of services!

Service Master is the absolute BEST. Jimmy and his crew was amazing. They made a very bad situation easy. Not only did Jimmy wait for me for over an hour, he literally helped with he entire process. His professionalism and demeanor made it easy to work with him and ServiceMaster. I would recommend this company to anyone. Ask for Jimmy. You won't be disappointed. He is the GOAT!!!

From beginning to the end of this project
Jimmy and his team took excellent care of our property and tenants. After a fire next door damaged our rental unit Service Master was there to walk us through the process. Jimmy and Danny also served as a great source to assist us with communication with our insurance company. We would recommend them for any damage or Clean up needs.

Every interaction with the staff was supportive, informative, and kind. Every question was answered quickly. The staff who came to our house were respectful and listened to our concerns. The cleaning staff was thorough and the smallest details were attended to. Hopefully we will never have another small fire, but if we do have a need, I would absolutely use this company.

We had smoke damage to a fairly good-seized home with 35 years of accumulated stuff along with family keepsakes. The ServiceMaster folks were absolutely tremendous during a stressful time... from Joe and Jimmy making sure a plan was in place and the right crews with the right the expertise were assigned. Joe and Jimmy were far more helpful than our insurance adjuster.....by a long shot.
The cleaning crew was led by Lorena, and she was spectacular. Within a few minutes of their first visit, she had a plan and off to work they went. HERE IS A HELPFUL TIP...if you are the type that would like to hover over them and give advice....grab another cup of coffee, shut up, sit down and get out of they way. They know much more than you about what needs to be done and how to do it. But they were always ready to discuss any detail of work with us, they were just so pleasant to have in the house. Each keepsake was cleaned in a far gentler manner than I have ever done...as Jimmy said, they know to clean and restore everything as if it were from his grandmother.
Noemi, Fani, Jose...they were fantastic, always pleasant, even at the end of the long days. I cannot say enough how hard they worked and what a complete job they did. Freddie with the carpet cleaning and upholstery restoration was in and out and did great work.
I worked from home during their time here, and to tell you the truth, I missed them when they were finished the job!

The employees at Service Master of Baltimore are all professional and friendly from the office staff to the service team. They did water remediation work in my basement from an air conditioning leak. I set up a claim with my insurance company and service master was at my house the very next day. They set up dryer equipment etc.. removed and cleaned mold that started growing and did daily water readings for 6 days. I am so thankful this business exists and has highly trained employees who could take care of my home in an emergency. I highly recommend Service Master of Baltimore.

Our church had storm water damage in the basement of our education building. After contacting several companies about mitigation and restoration, we decided to go with ServiceMaster. From the beginning, Lee Brandt, the Director of Commercial Operations was communicative, knowledgeable and proactive in all aspects of the job. He helped us work with our insurance company, provided detailed estimates in a timely manner, and answered every question we had in an effective and efficient way. The job was a big one, including asbestos removal and remediation and it was done in a time crunch. We are so appreciative of Lee and his crew meeting us where we were and working with us so effectively.

Roy and his team are exceptional. He and his team have helped me with two different claims. The first one was substantial. Roy arrived at 1:00am with a positive attitude, professional disposition, and determination to help us with our 3 story water damage. He didn't leave until after 4:00am after completing hours of hard work with drywall, carpet padding, carpet, vinyl floor removal, hardwood floor drying, dehumidifying, and explaining things so I understood the process every step of the way. Each day after, he was very communicative about what the next steps would be and was ALWAYS punctual. I would recommend Roy and his team from Service Masters of Baltimore to anyone that need water mitigation in their home or business.

I also want to mention Nicole who took my initial call each time and made sure Roy and his team came to begin professional work on my home within 1-2 hours each time which is wonderful because no other company could come that quickly. The quickest everyone else could offer was 4 hours or the next day. I am so grateful to Nicole for quickly organizing everything. She was so professional and approachable over the phone, I knew my home was in good hands. Stress was lifted after speaking with her each time. I'm so grateful to Service Masters of Baltimore, that they will be my first call if I ever need water mitigation again!

Jimmy was also pretty awesome at the end of each job, checking to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction prior to receiving my endorsement on the insurance check, no matter where I was located to ensure to I endured no inconvenience. They are all such a great team!

The work was excellent. Performed well and on time. The estimate was done on time and seemed thorough. Unfortunately I was billed about 10 to 15 percent more than the estimate because of additional work that was not apparent to me in such a small job. The manager did call me to explain but it was surprising for such a small job. But the job did get done well.

The company service skills were commendable, ensuring a positive and seamless out come. I extend particular gratitude to Mr. Tom. The company's performance was outstanding, and I express my sincere appreciation for their efforts.

Storm occurred Sunday, during storm I called at 5pm, wake up next morning -neighbor is being serviced by ServPro. I'm fuming, call - rep pulls call log we called less than an hour from each other. ITS now WED at 2:11 - no freaking call, I call again - sorry you should have been called by now....! I AGAIN, ask how did my neighbor get serviced and I have yet to be called or serviced. MY guess is that the homeowner knows the owner. WELL - I am now on a mission to tell everyone my horrible experience and steer anyone from every using ServPRO.. Thank goodness I can spread the word thru the 1100 employee where I work!

I recently used ServPro of Catonsville for a commercial cleanup. The team arrived within a few hours of my calling, and stayed late into the night to finish the job. They returned a few days later to pick up their equipment. No problems, I'd use them again.

I read th e other reviews. Our case was a little different. My son was found dead at home after several days during this last heat wave. Server responded quickly as conditions were such that we could not enter the house till their work was done . They responded to changes quickly and courteously . COMMENT: I think there are basically 2 types of situations . When there is crime or disaster cleanup that is one thing and major thorough cleaning needed from neglect or misuse that is another.
